You can order at the kiosk, nice menu. We tried jasmine milk tea 7/10. Could be more fragrant, not very sweet even at 100%. Honeydew sparkling with aloe 8/10. Similar to the melon flavor glass marble drink. Shaved ice 8/10, fruit is fresh, the shaved ice is not as soft as I would like, but overall still very flavorful ice. Lots of seating and they have board games too.

Polba tea is outstanding for quality boba and a robust menu of beverages.
The boba is fresh, and has the ideal texture every time. The variety of toppings and drinks means you can create a unique experience with every visit.
They utilize an order kiosk, which enables you to truly see how many customizations there are for your order, which is unique.
It is open late for those nighttime cravings. Service is great. Quiet shopping center too, so it’s easy to access.
Highly reccomend.
Edit 06/2025: Just tried the popcorn chicken for the first time, and I was compelled to say that it was delicious. Chicken was crunchy and moist, seasoned well, and came with a good sauce for dipping. Didn’t they Polba could continue to raise the bar, but they continue to deliver!

Polba Tea is my go-to bubble tea spot in Chandler! Their menu always impresses, whether I’m sipping on a classic Thai milk tea, brown sugar boba, or trying a special like Oreo Matcha Crème Brûlée or Lychee Sparkling. Everything tastes fresh, and I love being able to adjust sweetness and ice. The staff are welcoming, treat you like family, and happily share their favorites. The shop is clean, comfy, and perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying a drink solo. Plus, their late hours make it easy to grab a treat any time. Highly recommend! 😊

I got the Matcha Latte with 100% sugar and oat milk plus sea foam. I think I've had Matcha Latte here before, and it was good, but this time, it just tasted like corn. No joke.
On the other hand, the Brown Sugar Boba Latte with Fresh Milk was delicious as always. Definitely a good pick for someone picky like my little siblings.
Besides that, the service was quick and accurate with good prices.

This is the 3rd time I've gone now, and they forgot the sugar in my drink. I got the mango sago. It was watery and sour, so I added sugar at home, but the flavor was still nowhere to be found. The matcha was okay, really sweet though, and the strawberry yogurt was okay, not much yogurt flavor. Overall, I wouldn't go back again. I really wanted to like this place too since it's so close to me. 🥲

Just went in ordered my usual large fruit tea and then got a cheese fries sat down got my tea sat there 20 minutes no fries I told them couldn’t wait no longer seriously they had only 4 customers for the price should be given my money back

There are so many options and all of the drinks I’ve tried so far have been delicious!
Very diverse menu for a boba place, something that other boba shops could learn from. Having snacks ups the game... though I didn't pick any of them up today it will be a good reasonto return.
Ordering through a screen is interesting too though I have mixed feelings about it. Not as personal but definitely efficient.
I got the hot Taro Milk Tea with Boba and Sago and the Coconut Coffee with Boba and Coffee Jelly.
The Taro is pretty good but not great, though having it warm (definitely not hot) might be a factor. I will have to repeat the order with lite ice in the future to see what I think.
The Coconut Coffee on the other hand was really good, even if the Coconut flavor is overpowered by the Coffee (not unexpected). Definitely worth a repeat order.
