I enjoyed the tea with jelly! I would come here to order that again. I enjoyed the hot pot but I'm not sure I would order it again. It came with a lot of food and seafood inside the pot and the flavor was good. However I did not like that the flame was not adjustable and you could not turn off the flame, you just had to wait until it burned out. This resulted in the food inside the pot getting way overcooked (all the food is already inside the pot when it is served to your table). The inside of the restaurant is very nice and clean and spacious. It wasn't too crowded when we arrived but it got busier later in the night so try going earlier if you want to avoid a wait.

The food is delicious with lots of variety soups choices. The milk tea is yummy not too sweet. The server is very nice of explaining menus for our first time. Will be back for sure.

The best Asia hot pot in Phoenix.Reasonable price, free winter melon tea or green tea during weekday lunch. (Although milk tea is still the best choice)Just want another branch in North phoenix !!

Waited 20 minutes for food to be served. There was no sauce on the table. There is no service to speak of.The food tastes terrible. The spicy hot pot has a strange fruit juice taste. After reporting it, he had no intention of immediately checking his soup base and refunding his money.

Service was a$$. Had to get up like another mentioned multiple times to ask for water, more broth, a fork. It's like a Thai chili to go concept. No service to the table. The food was okay but like others mentioned, it was full of cabbage and meat proportions are small. The pictures showed a wide variety of seafood and vegetables but isn't reflective in these pots. We can never finish our pots at its competition but here we did since there was only cabbage and meat. The flavors were different but not anything amazing. Very clean. Owner guy was very nice. Owner lady didn't do sh!t to check on customers. As a budding business, you'd want to network with people and make people feel wanted. I don't think I'd go again.

This Hot Pot restaurants are typically providing a variety of Asia-based hot pot favors. Expect the hot pot we ordinary familiar with, they also served in Taiwanese traditional snack and milk/boba tea. This restaurant has pretty cleanliness environment, tradition ingredients and authentic flavors.

been here twice. try number 10 (tainwanese style) and 14 (thai style). If you go between 11-3pm, free tea (recommend winter melon tea) is provided ??? and you can see many taiwanese ppl and this proves its authentic flavor ? ? AH! dont forget to order fried tempura (fish cake!)

I've been a here a few times from their soft opening to a few months after their grand opening and about a year later. The parking lot was small but also shared with Lee Lee's Supermarket on the side. It was busy the first time here and on my latest visit, it wasn't busy on Friday at 6:15pm. It was bright inside so that was good. Their menu had a lot of pictures of the hot pot which was nice and they had the ingredients in each. There was also an appetizer section as well as the drink section. On the first visit, we had the Sukiyaki Pot, the Thai Style Hot Pot, Popcorn Chicken, Classic Milk Tea, and Tieguanyin Oolong Milk Tea. The Sukiyaki Pot was not bad and their broth was a little bit light in flavor to me. The Thai Style Hot Pot was also the same. The amount of food seemed a lot less than my most recent visit. The Popcorn Chicken was good and both the Classic Milk Tea and Tieguanyin Oolong Milk Tea were not bad to me. On the second trip, we ordered Korean Troops Pot, Satay Beef Pot and the Fried King Oyster Mushrooms. The Korean Troops Pot was good and the Satay Beef Pot was tasty. The Fried King Oyster Mushrooms were delicious and had the same batter as the Popcorn Chicken. On my last visit, we had the Taiwanese Spicy Pot, the Popcorn Chicken Pot, and also the Fried King Oyster Mushrooms again. The Popcorn Chicken Pot was literally popcorn chicken and the hot pot but it was nice to have two in most one. It tasted good to me and the portion seemed like it was a little more than the last few times we came here. This place was not bad and I'll come to try other things on the menu.

Was originally excited to hear that a new Tawianese hotpot place was open.Went there for lunch. It was a slow day with only 2 tables, but the server seemed to want to rush the orders & usher us out for no reason.Little did we know that all 3 of us would end up with bad stomach aches & diarrhea for the rest of the day. ?It can't be a coincidence that all 3 of us got sick as we all got different items.Won't be going back; I never got this sick going to the other hot pot places in town.We ordered: 1x Cilantro & Preserved Egg Pot, 1x Seasame Oil Chicken Pot, 1x Taiwanese Spicy Pot.It smelled great when they came out with a fire can heating it.
