Yet again, this place has turned into a playground for the staff. It’s 12:18 AM, and I really have to hand it to these fast-food joints near Tempe; somehow, they always manage to hire a crew that prepares fried chicken and fries as if they were Beef Wellington. That’s right—just so they can kick back and relax as closing time approaches, they let a line of ten cars pile up in the drive-thru

I went to this Popeyes on 5/21 and Augustine helped me in the drive thru! He was so nice and cheerful and really great customer service! Thank you Augustine! Made my evening!

Liked this location at S Alma School in Chandler. Used app. Good service. Hot food. Order filled correctly. Employee 'guy' taking orders and giving was nice and friendly. Dining area was clean.

I went to the drive thru at 3:15, there's nobody in line and still my order of 2 sandwiches and 2 fries took almost 15 minutes. I legitimately don't understand how it could take that long other than the staff are just straight up screwing around.

I don’t like that app when you have to change an order. I tried to get two orders of the mashed potatoes but when I had to change my order it reverted to an order of fries and a mashed potatoes. The fries were not very good to me. The chicken was good though.

Horrible customer service. I placed an online order at 10:30 to be ready by 11 and I showed up at 11:10 it still wasn’t ready. I asked for classic since it was for my kids and they gave me spicy. They didn’t give me napkins or anything ketchup or honey. This location is horrible. I usually check my food before leaving but since they took so long to give me my food I was late to go eat lunch with my son at his school. Aside from all that the girl working in the front was in a horrible mood.

We ordered tender chicken and fries. I placed order at 5 41 PM and picked around 6 25 pm. Both tender and fries appeared to be prepared few hours ago and not fresh. Disappointed:(. I didn’t read other reviews before ordering.

This is the type of place where you need to count how many pieces they give you and try your drink before driving off, 4 tenders and a flat drink haha

Went back today, had to go back in for biscuits they forgot.. same shit, different day, check anything you buy here

Been here twice and I got to say they can never get my order correct, seems like they don't have qualified people working here. One time I ordered the ghost pepper bacon chicken sandwich and no bacon ! Other time I ordered and didn't get the complete order

The staff is usually very kind, but the place seems very understaffed and the staff often look stressed. Orders usually have to be corrected at the window. But again, the staff is usually kind and apologetic.
