I have rated this place previously and didn't give them a five-star rating. This time, everything was just great. Perhaps they owner is reading some of the things being said and made the necessary changes.
The manager Tiffany was very helpful and kind. Went to this location Dec 7th 2024 on a different trip and the manager on duty said his name was Aarold. I have to cancel the Uber eats order because the store was too busy to prepare the order no apology was offered no personality no good customer service and the whole crew of three was very non attentive.
Fried Chicken pieces are small and have no taste. However, their fried rice is excellent. The drive thru service is horrible and slow. Waited a good 40 mins with only 3 cars ahead of me.
Update- Drive thru experience is much better. Call in order to save time.
