The food is nothing to look forward to. Kentucky Fried Chicken is so much better it's not fair.The atmosphere needs work. The interior is drab and unimaginative. I wouldn't want to see it on a cloudy day.The employees I think are influenced by the decor because although they are friendly and helpful, they all look tired or like they're just finally getting over a bad cold.Nothing else can be said.

This store always forget fill in your order completely! Its our second time to experience diving back to the store to get an item they have forgotten to put in the take out bag! And reading the other reviews below, it looks like that this is a practice in this store already. Such a poor quality of service needing management’s attention!

I ordered my meal. Paid $62 for it. Bag was overstuffed so I couldn't tell what we got or didn't. Got home, missing one entire mealCall and was told, "We can put you in a customer complaint box so you can get it next time." I said no, I'm coming back and want it now. Came back and was treated fairly, just left to wait fifteen minutes. I got the product, checked it, and it was still wrong. Went back inside and just get a half hearted "I'm sorry." How hard is it to do your job properly?

Every single time I come to this location, they are out of drinks and the entire machine doesn't work. I've been to this location 5 times and only once has it actually worked.

Music ass, spicy chicken is not spicy. Chicken very dry. Took 34 minutes to get my food. But I did get some pickles and lemonade is very good.

Nice inside and out . Staff greeted me immediately, then it all fell apart. As I waited 10 minutes for my food I observed 2 drive thru customers come in and complain about wrong food they received. This should have been my first clue to check my NOW 15 minute order (6 pieces of chicken). Well of course I did not do that - to my surprise the 6 legs I ordered had mysteriously appeared as 6 chicken strips. Talk about a bummer and how about the cost difference. PSA - always check your To go / drive thru orders will in the parking lot.

Every time I order to go or door dash they forget items. And not just little things, but the entire meal. I pay extra for ranch and they don’t include it. Then they run out of alot all time. How do you run out of mashed potatoes or chicken???! I’m done trying to get food from this place. I used to live popeyes but not anymore. And they need better management of their high school staff.

Firstly, we waited probably 15-20 minutes for our dine in order while several cars came and went through the drive through. There didn’t seem to be any particular reason why, and no reason or apology was offered for the wait.Secondly, the food was just plain bad. We got a 3pc chicken w/fries and 5pc tenders w/mashed potatoes & the chicken was greasy and bland, the tenders and fries were likewise bland. The potatoes were just ok.Lastly, despite eating different menu items, we both had a bad aftertaste in our mouths after we left. I can’t even describe it, other than it felt like my mouth was coated in something that was foul.The dining room was not busy at all, but it was obvious that the tables had not been cleaned for quite a while. At least a third of them had crumbs on them.Overall, just a very poor experience all the way around. And for $25, we could do much better elsewhere. We won’t be back.Parking: Parking was easy b/c the place was dead at 4:30-5:00 on a Saturday.
