I used to go here a few years ago but I moved away. I'm in town now for my sister's graduation, and I suggested that my mom use them for the party food. We went to have lunch and order in person, and it was a disaster from the beginning. The restaurant was mostly empty (only two other tables were occupied) and it took several minutes to get sat. The woman who sat us and who was our server, an older woman with curly grey hair (she never told us her name) acted like we were such a hassle, just for showing up. My mother kindly asked for the catering menu, and the woman was rude about it. It took about 10 minutes for my brother to get his beer, and the waitress was snappy when we asked what the special was when she wanted to know if we wanted the pulled pork sandwich special or the regular. After we ordered food, my mother had a question about the number of chicken wings that came on the catering menu, and she just said “I don't know†twice before finally offering to find out. About 30 minutes after we ordered, my mother inquired to ask if she could bring out the mac and cheese as soon as possible, because my daughter, who is a year old, was getting fussy, and the lady snapped “you need to wait just a minute†and then when she finally came over she went on a whole tirade that she didn't know when it would be out because the computers were down and the cooks didn't speak any English, so our orders weren't in yet. We were stunned. If she had this issue, she should have told us that there would be a delay and asked if we were okay with it. We were waiting under the assumption that the food was being prepared, when it hadn't even been entered. She asked, rudely, if we still wanted our order because she needed to know if she should cancel it. I asked how long it would take, and she said 5 minutes for all of it. We said that's fine, and she sighed and walked away. Our food came, and it was fine, but nothing groundbreaking. The woman came and asked if my mother had any other questions about the catering order form, and my mother said “no thank you†and she snapped up the clipboard and huffed away. By this time there were a total of 4 tables, including ours. This was not a busy time for them. When I requested the check, she rolled her eyes and shook her head, like I was bothering her. We left without tipping, which we NEVER do (I'm a standard 20% tipper), and without my mother ordering catering, which she fully intended to do when we walked through the door. This was by far the worst service I have ever experienced , and I felt embarrassed that I had recommended this business for a catering order. Whomever that woman is needs to be fired. She was rude to everyone in the restaurant, not just us, and she lost this business a lucrative catering order.

Service and food are average, not what this place once was. The interior was repainted and looked nice, but there were few patrons. The menu was updated a year ago, but it lacks some of the perks that it used to have. The drinks listed on the sign board outside were not available anymore. These are signs of sadder times to come for this establishment, 'twould appear.

Holy cow! Or in this case pig....this as the best pulled pork sandwich I have ever tasted! I was trying to be healthy and ordered their brisket salad (also good). Mom ordered the pulled pork and gave me a couple bites. I make my own pulled pork that I am pretty proud of, but this was so much better. Sigh....

So sad, the service has never been great but the menu WAS awesome. They changed the menu, all of the favorites are not on the menu, service was worse. Not going back
Brisket and BBQ sauces were great. Some good bark and very juicy slices. Atmosphere fun and lively, especially during March Madness. BBQ ribs were good and side dishes were good accompaniments to the meal.

Staff and environment was great my wife had the dirty bird sandwich and was very good. I had the full rack ribs and they we unfortunately salty like somone dumped a whole bag of salt on them. I should have said something but we were tired. I would give them another chance and next time I'll say something if they are that salty.

New menu!! Great items and a lot of really great flavors. Brady chatted with us for about 5 min and really is proud of the new menu items. We couldn't have been more impressed with the choices we ordered.
