We got Chinese food from this place to mini-celebrate lunar new year. The combo meals were very well priced. You got a meat, soup, and rice for less than a typical meal out. What's better is that we were given two free egg rolls! I don't know if it was because of the Chinese new year and it being a good luck food, or it was put in by mistake. I would recommend ordering your food spicy as the non-spicy chicken was very bland on flavor without the soy sauce or our own siracha.

I’d recommend the house fried rice and crab puffs. The pan fried dumplings were…ok. And the General Tso chicken was pretty average. Still a quick and decent spot for Chinese.

The dining area was plain but clean. The service was fast and friendly. The food was ok, but not great. The sauce on the sweet and sour chicken was tasty, but the quality of the chicken was questionable. Also, barely any bell pepper or pineapple. The spring roll was good. The wonton soup was decent. The Kung pao chicken had a lot of veggies and good flavor, but not the best I've had. Overall, the food was okay, but I don't think I'll come back.

This place is one of those strip mall Chinese dives that could have been a bad decision, or a place that was so surprisingly good that I had to come to Yelp and say something. I brought my son here on our journey from west Phoenix back to the east side and I let him choose where to eat. He chose Queen's bowl lol, idk why. First of all, the waiter was probably the best server I've ever seen. I hope they give him a raise if they haven't already. Secondly, the food was really good, and I didn't expect that. I ordered the honey chicken combo with fried rice and my son ordered the sweet and sour chicken combo. This place was cheap and the food seemed pretty fresh and as good as more expensive places, so it was a good value and I have a lot of leftovers. I suspect that most of the business is take out orders because there weren't many people inside eating, but I could hear the door dash orders dinging on the iPad. If you order takeout, you're going to get good food, but if you eat there, you'll get the best service I've seen in decades. This guy had such a positive, happy, enthusiastic attitude that it made me wonder if I have been living in a parallel universe because I never see that. What's he doing? What kind of life is that? This server was so positive that I'm thinking about space and time, the universe. Existence.. Good for you Queen's bowl, whatever you're doing, keep doing it. Decorate the inside a little and give the server more money. He deserves it.

This was my first visit and I will definitely return. The server was very friendly and efficient. The dining room was very clean. Our food arrived quickly and everything was hot and cooked to perfection. I was thrilled that they had eggplant with shrimp on the menu. The portions are more than adequate.
Absolutely LOVE the food and the staff/service is superb. Went here for lunch with a friend. Ordered the Special Egg Fu Young (sp?), Chicken Lettuce Wraps (better than PF Changs) and Crab Wontons... best I've had yet. Large portions, had to take most of it home in to-go boxes. Atmosphere if you eat on-site is pretty generic and sparce. But the exceptional service by the young kid working the counter more than makes up for it. Will definitely be back.

I have visited this place for lunch about 3 times now, starting in November and the staff is pleasant and efficient. I believe they are the owners, the family of 4 that attend there. For Christmas I was asked by my boss to host the company party and Authentic Chinese food is what had earned the most votes. I automatically knew I was going to ask them to cater , however I was not sure if they would be able to accommodate a group of 26. We ordered 7 different meat entrees, along with chow mein and rice and it was more than enough for a very great price. Everyone was pleased with flavor and portions, I know I will definitely use the m again for catering and still continue to visit for lunch. Thank you

I enjoyed this place The first 2 times I tried it, but the last 3 have been disappointing and unlikely to order again. The Mongolian beef is pretty good, but the garlic chicken is dry and tastes like it was cooked in oil that hasn't been changed in way too long. The smell tonight was even rancid smelling. I realize now that it was the chicken that caused me to get sick the last time I ordered. Not sure if they changed chefs or what, but no longer worth the money.

The customer service was good and restaurant was clean. I ordered the Kung Poa Chicken Combo with fried rice. Dish came with a generous portion of fried rice. Rice had no vegetables. Basically rice with soy sauce. Nothing special. Kung Poa Chicken had fresh ingredients and tasted good. Spring roll and sweet n sour sauce had no flavor in my opinion. Hot mustard was served in packets and also had no flavor. Egg Drop soup was so-so. It tasted oily. Overall, I'm not sure whether they'll be a second visit.
