Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Came in with only one other customer in the restaurant. After 20 minutes of waiting and seeing the rush of people that came in shortly after me get all their food I went to complain. It took an additional 10 minutes for them to make and get my food to me. Very disappointed. Toast was soggy and food wasnt hot. My sister bought for me as a gift for my 18th bday. Wont be coming back to this location. Everyone else has been warned. EDIT: as I opened my kids meal there was only one chicken tender in it instead of the two as promised. Luckily, they were able to quickly redeem themselves and gave me an extra tender that I was missing. Even still, will not be coming back to this location.

My favorite chicken joint! Pro tip get extra toast instead of the coleslaw and get the toast with butter on both sides. I can make a chicken sandwich out of this meal and still have tenders leftover for later. Sometimes there’s a slight wait when it’s busy but it’s worth it once you get to taste the delicacy that is Canes.

My family made a huge order one night ($80 because there are 6 of us). I ordered on the app and we went to pick it up. We did curbside pickup and checked in when we got there. We waited for about 10 minutes before my husband asks me "are you sure this is the right one?" I checked the app and sure enough, I didn't order from the right canes. Fml. We went to the one we normally go to at 4075 S Arizona. I immediately called this location and told them what happened. The manager answered and was super nice. We left and went to the right store, about 6 miles away. When we picked up our food, everyone's custom order was right and it was actually hot. Idk if they remade it or what but it was so fresh and I had been so disappointed that it would be cold and gross when we got there. I'm so glad my fears were not true. Wonderful experience! Will probably be going to this store from now on because the other one always puts sauce on my kids food when it says no sauce. Lol

My kids and I love this place. Our favorite chicken! And one of the only fast food places, I don't mind taking them inside to eat. It's always clean and the people are always friendly. My daughter and I love the cane sauce so much She would drink it if I'd let her ?

Great place to eat especially if your on the go. The Cane sauce is so good on the chicken and the frys.

Every time I go to this Cane's the fries are as limp as a wet paper bag. Soft no taste and barely a hand full of fries I tried so hard yesterday I ordered fries no salt extra crispy. Fries had no salt barely cooked limp. I asked my wife why can't they have fries like Culver's ? I hate writing reviews but come on they are just gross ?

Can't give enough love to Raising Canes!! Always hits the spot and this location has a HUGE drive thru that works great.
