This is not a ice cream parlor. This is a restaurant by the name chennai fusion and this name is misnomer. Ice cream is expensive and below average.

I just want to give the food zero star rated. It just that need to reconsider making the falooda nice.

I would give 10 stars if I could. The servers go above and beyond, and I appreciate that they anticipate the needs of their guests. They were so kind to my 4 year old son. The food is always amazing whether I order delivery or dine in. I love this place!

These individuals exhibit extreme rudeness and obnoxious behavior. I phoned to inquire about a simple matter, but the person who answered turned my call into a joke to amuse his colleagues. To my dismay, at the end of the conversation, he used a derogatory term involving my sister, assuming I did not understand his language since we spoke in English. I chose to converse in English, which I prefer, and this disrespectful behavior appalled me. Why should I trust individuals like this to prepare my food? I will take my business elsewhere!
