We always come here for Boba and Bhan MI sandwiches. The flavor combos that they come up with here are super yummy ? Located in the 99 Ranch Market with tons of great lil shops and more to come. Stop here first, it's totally worth it.
We love the Hokkaido Milk Tea from Rapha. Certainly not the closest boba shop to us but we really enjoy their options. Hard pressed to find a time when it is not busy. Haven't tried the food.

Previously known as Rapha Tea, this place is now Boba and Brew Tea House. Although the name has changed, everything inside, including the menu, seems to be the same as Rapha's. I got the Ube Jasmine and it was a decent cup. It was super flavorful although a bit too sweet even at 50% sugar. Adjust your drink's sweetness and ice level to your liking.
