Red Lobster

I recently visited Red Lobster and ordered the Cajun Seafood Bag (the mixed seafood that comes in the bag). Unfortunately, the food had almost no flavor, and the seasoning was very weak. The calamari also had a noticeable fishy smell, which made it really unpleasant to eat — fresh calamari should never taste like that.

However, the service was excellent. The staff were kind, attentive, and very professional. I appreciated the good service, but the quality of the food this time was disappointing. I hope they improve the seasoning and the freshness of the seafood, because the experience could have been much better with proper flavor.

The service was good and the food was enjoyable. Our server was Melvin; he did a great job helping us out and making sure we had a good experience. Overall the food was good; the seafood and hush puppies tasted great but the mashed potatoes were lackluster

Lalya was the best server ever, she was so nice and attentive. we had a lot of people at our table and she took care of each one in a great manner, food was good too and also came out in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend asking for Layla as your server!

Our server Melvin was absolutely wonderful.

This Red Lobster is our favorite restaurant to visit. The service is special as the Servers. Melvin and Peter have made the 120 mile trek an enjoyable weekly ritual for my entire family. Service is very important and they have definitely gotten it right. The food is pretty good too. Thank you Melvin and Peter (& Chandler/Ray Road)for making my family and friends feel so special for the last eight years. We do appreciate it very much.

Great service

Melvin was awesome server I will recommend him to anyone that comes to red lobster here in chandler! He was very nice, caring and made sure me and my family was taking care of good spirit a people’s person!
