My burger came with onion straws which was more like a ridiculous blop of greasy shredded onion, not completely fried/done. My bottom bun was done for, too soggy from all the grease. Which led me to pick apart a $16 burger and eat what I could.
I ordered a pizza Togo and it had very little sauce and way too much cheese.
Did not do the Donatos name any justice.
Kitchen seemed a little careless and it showed when food hit the table.

We arrived at 7:45p the restaurant was 3/4 empty. They said it was a 15 min wait. They refused to seat us. 15 minutes later, we inquired about a table and were told another 10 minutes, even with the hostess cleaning menus in the background. We suggested just seating us and getting to us when you can. NO.
When I was a server, they would have sat the table, and the other employees would have helped out. Maybe the hostess or the manager could have gotten the table drinks and fries until the server could get to us. Apparently, they don't need or care if they have business. We actually come to this location fairly frequently and have seen the quality of this store go downhill.
The excuse was they were dealing with a large to go order.
You would think the waitress would want the money from a 5 top. I guess they just wanted to leave early or didn't give a .........!
We went to Chili's and got right away in, and they were busier than Red Robin.
Hate to say it, but the bacon fondue burger is not good. Dipping sauce tasted like a salt luck. Monster Bacon Double Cheeseburger was perfect. Never asked for fries refill. But did refill the RB Float. Overall on the good side. Server did give me a Military discount, so thanks for that.

We've been here a couple of times. Both times it smelled really bad. On our first visit, during dinner, we dined in. As soon as we sat down, everything smelled like dirty, mildew, sticky smell. I got over it and finished our dinner. This has happened twice, so we will no longer be going to this location.

Super mixed feelings about this location, our waiter was pretty good. However, we found a hair in our food. We also have free appetizer cards but they only took 1 since we had 1 check, ironically. We were supposed to have 2 checks, but after several attempts and talking to the waiter and the manager the check was not separated. Not sure if it’s a person issue or a tech issue, but it should’ve been resolved.
