Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

It's a shame that none of our food was up to par. I really do like Red Robin. But the food was not prepared well at all, Onion rings were Burnt (hard to believe they left the kitchen that bad!), Meat way undercooked (asked for well done), that's enough, not going to keep going, even though there's more!

Martin was our waiter, this was our first time at Red Robin and it for sure will not be our last time. First impression, to paying the bill, Martin visited our table and other tables numerous times to check on the meal, the drinks, dipping sauces, you name it. He said he was new and I honestly would have never guessed. We are constantly eating dinners and lunches out so we experience a ton of customer service and Martin will be remembered.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Was there for an early dinner. Where we were sat was dark. Was disappointed in the garlic Parmesan fries, and broccoli, looks like the just put a spoonful of garlic and then a spoonful of Parmesan and just dump it on top, not mixed in

Good location. Had a Royal Red Robin burger for dinner. When asked how I wanted my egg cooked, the waiter said we can only do running or cooked thru. I always order over medium. He said management would only allow the cooks either option because they messed up too many times. Still a good clean location. Will be back.

We had a great experience the other night. Jillian at front of house was positive and professional and pur server Kennedy was just as awesome! They both kept their cool and professionalism when it was really busy!

Great place to grab a burger. Love there options for unlimited salad and/ or fries. This place has a wonderful ambiance and the servers are exceptional!

Came to have dinner with my husband on a whim after shopping, and being a Friday, it was understandably busy. Our server, Kennedy, was incredibly sweet and apologetic though none of it was her fault at all. Just knowing that she genuinely cared made the experience so much better. She stayed on top of everything, making sure our food was good, keeping our drinks refilled, and checking in to see if we needed anything else. We would absolutely come back just to have her as our server again. In all honesty, she’s been one of the kindest servers we’ve had in a long time 💗

Truly a terrible service experience. We watched our server check every table around us for about 10-15 min, even watched her clear someone else’s table off, before coming to even ask us what we wanted to drink. Then proceeded to bring out our drinks after the entree was already brought out. I get it can be busy, and I felt for her, until she cleaned off a table before asking us for our drink or even simply introducing herself. Also, why offer “bottomless sides” when they take forever to bring out refills. We asked for more and it took at least 10 min to get it, miraculously they came out soon after we asked for them a second time. I’m assuming they forgot. The food was mediocre, manager didn’t care. Won’t be returning, recommend that you don’t either :)

Why do I keep going back to this place? The service is mediocre at best and my loyalty points never show up on my account. I ordered the pepperoni pizza and asked for parm cheese on the side. They brought me 2 skimpy packets of cheese and then ran away before I could ask for more. I paid with cash and asked how my points would be applied, she took my phone number and said the points would be added later. I am not optimistic as every time they say this nothing happens. There are too many restaurant choices in this area to keep making red robin my dining choice.
