I went here for the first time a few days ago to try their ice cream. Overall the ice-cream was tasty- the honey lavender flavor was unique and refreshing.
My complaint isn't with the quality of ice cream, but with the management. The menu advertised shows 2 scoops of ice cream as being $10. When I go to order that, the owner says that she doesn't use the menu prices any more and doesn't have a double scoop price. She then proceeds to charge me $6 for one scoop of honey lavender and $7 for one scoop of red velvet. After tax it was $14.05. I found it strange that there wasn't a double scoop price but I said fine and I chalk it up to inflation.
Once I got my order of what I thought was going to be two single scoops, it turns out that they were in one SMALL cup, both scoops.
I know a scoop can be subjective on its definition, but in my opinion, the amount of ice cream that I received would be about the same amount as 1 normal scoop of ice-cream.
It is a shame that she was being extremely stingy with the ice-cream because the ice cream does taste good. But it did not even come close to $14 worth of ice cream. Based on past experiences with other ice cream shops, I think a more reasonable price for the amount of ice cream that I received would be $6-7. False advertisement of prices and offerings paired with stingy amounts made me feel like I needed to review. Decent ice cream, but extremely overpriced for what it is.

We used to stop by here every now and then for the really good and unique ice cream, but it's really gone downhill since then. The experience today was quite disappointing, and we won't be back.

I ordered one scoop of vanilla ice cream with cookie dough mixed in, and the person with me ordered one scoop of chocolate with brownie bits mixed in. It took a while for both of us to get our ice cream. Mine was weirdly runny and didn't taste like vanilla at all. I also didn't get any cookie dough mixed in- I think I got something like chocolate chips instead. The person with me ended up just receiving plain chocolate with nothing mixed in. Theirs was less runny, but not by much. Each of our ice creams were about $9 each, even though the menu said it would only be around $7. They came in small, plastic cups, and the portions were honestly incredibly disappointing. The menu also looked way smaller than before, with a lot less of the variety and uniqueness I remembered this place for. It's a lot less than it used to be in terms of variety, size, and overall quality.

Service wasn't great either. It looked like it was only the owner working there, and that was probably part of the reason it took so long for us to get our ice cream. She was trying to push us to buy more stuff, and overall she seemed like she was just trying to upcharge us on stuff. She also kept talking about their 'grand opening' and their food, which was not what we were there for. The menus for the food that they were planning to start serving were on every table, and the prices on there were way too high. She also wasn't speaking very loudly or clearly, and it was hard to hear/understand some of what she was saying. She seemed like she also didn't really know how to work the register and prepare the ice cream well. She also didn't charge us for the right items on the register. She didn't use gloves at all, and she was kind of messy while making the ice cream and cleaning up after.

Overall, this place has kind of gone downhill. It used to have a comfortable atmosphere, friendly and efficient staff, and most important of all, good products. The seeming shift from sweet treats to food is also really odd, and strikes me as a bad choice. Now, I honestly can't ever see myself coming back here for anything. Would not recommend, especially for the price.

I was disappointed with the experience. As other reviews have pointed out, when ordering, I felt pressured to buy two scoops of ice cream, even though I only wanted one. After some resistance, I finally got just one scoop. You’ll likely be guilt-tripped and pressured into buying extra ice cream. Ice cream was actually pretty good but very pricey.

To make matters worse, the milkshake I ordered was a letdown. It was missing several ingredients, tasted bland, and lacked any real flavor. For the price, it definitely wasn't worth it. Won’t ever return.

Drove down since they stated they are open until 9:30pm and all other boba shops are closed, got here at 8:50pm and they are closed….

Cashier was also making the ice cream desserts, did not change gloves after accepting cash from previous customer. Used the same gloves to make food. Disgusting. Also menu has changed. Order an ice cream cone (strawberry shortcake) with vegan ice cream, received 1/2 the amount of ice cream as before and in a cup for $11. Also no fresh strawberries I got a strawberry syrup that’s extremely sweet. Quality went down.

Ordered a strawberry cheesecake ice cream cone and a sweet matcha latte. They no longer serve cones which I wasn't informed of before paying. I was charged $10 for a 12oz cup of ice cream. The latte had a different and strange taste, it was one of the most displeasing matcha latte I've had, I had to throw it away since no one else liked it. The total was over $17. I asked for a refund, and the owner said her "system" doesn't do that and that she didn't know how to since they only take cards as payments -_- if you visit the place, please ask a lot of questions before paying, they don't do refunds nor offer a different item.

Not much of a sweet tooth, but I was craving something refreshing after a long hot day. Got a scoop of the Thai Tea and a scoop of the Taro. Both were flavorful and tasty, without a ridiculous amount of sugar. Solid vegan and organic options for treats. The Mountain Green Tea was also really good. Great choice for the Summer season that won't make you feel like garbage after.

Our taro milk teas with coconut milk were so watered down. Last week, we ordered the same and they were delicious but thick. The lady took forever to make them and charged us extras for the same add-ons. Their customer service needs to be consistent. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place as I will not be a returning customer either.
