I recently tried a boba tea from a popular local spot, and sadly, it was a letdown from start to finish. From the overly sweet flavor to the disappointing texture of the pearls, this drink missed the mark on several levels.Firstly, the sweetness was overwhelming. It felt like I was drinking liquid sugar with a hint of tea, completely masking any subtleties in the tea's flavor profile. This made the entire experience feel artificial and cloying.Secondly, the boba pearls were a major disappointment. They were overly chewy, almost to the point of being rubbery, which detracted from the overall enjoyment of the drink. Additionally, some of the pearls were stuck together in clumps, making it difficult to sip the tea without encountering these unpleasant textures.Furthermore, the presentation of the drink was lackluster. The pearls had sunk to the bottom of the cup, and despite stirring, they remained clustered together instead of evenly distributed throughout the drink. This resulted in an uneven distribution of flavor and texture, further detracting from the experience.Overall, my experience with this boba tea was highly unsatisfactory. The excessive sweetness, poor pearl quality, and lack of proper mixing left much to be desired. For anyone looking for a truly enjoyable boba tea experience, I would recommend seeking out a different establishment with a better reputation for quality and attention to detail.

I had an amazing first time at Rewind! I ordered the Butterfly Rose Lemonade (Note the beautiful color layers before mixing), and everyone was super friendly and helpful- I even got a fun picture taken of me by their pretty photo wall. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more drinks and food!

Such a bummer...I used to take my son here for his birthday every year. We moved to the east valley and have not gone in a couple years we took my son here for his birthday because he really wanted to go unfortunately it is not what it used to be. It was so gross. I will never go again. So sad.

My friends and I tried Rewind for a late night bubble tea treat, and I was blown away by the good-natured and kind employee that took our orders.I ordered a Jasmine milk tea with mango pop boba, and she ensured that the drink would be made to my preferred level of sweetness (I went with medium sweetness). She also went the extra mile to accommodate any food restrictions, such as offering different milk varieties to select. She offered up uncaffeinated options to accommodate my friend, which was excellent at this hour. She explained her passion to source healthy/unprocessed foods at Rewind (with the only exception being the cereal that alot of customers particularly enjoy for ice cream treats—this gave us a good laugh). When she introduced herself, I was so happy to learn that she (Denise) is the business owner!Denise attentively checked in on our table and has a great sense of humor. The tea was delicious, and even better by the company. I felt truly welcome.Dietary restrictions: Various milk options for teas. Uncaffeinated tea options offered also.

They may have great product, however, I wouldn't know since I didn't get to try it? I came in ten minutes after noon on a Sunday, tried to order a Thai tea crush and a Matcha crush, both with boba added, and was told I'd have to wait 30 minutes for the boba, and told they had signs posted. This is my first time going in to this shop... Yes, they did have a little 5×7" piece of paper next to the register from management saying black boba isn't available until 30 minutes after they open, but is the sign visibility really the issue? I think if you are claiming to be a dessert, ice cream/ boba/milk tea shop, come in 30 min before opening and be prepared for your potential customers. That little sign by the register does not prevent people googling this place and driving over here, just to leave empty handed and disappointed.I think what made it even more annoying, was the fact that I am a boba fanatic, I frequent boba places 5 times a week on average, and I've made it at home myself, many times, so when he explained that it was too hot to add to the drink, after my mind flipped through a ton of experiences I have catalogued of enjoying a cold blended milk tea melting next to the warm boba at the bottom of my cup, I asked if they could just give me the boba on the side and I could add it to my drink after I drive home... I thought that was a good solution, he then told me no, they still had to add brown sugar to the boba... so add the brown sugar and give me the boba on the side...I'm already here at your counter. I still don't see why we couldn't have made it work when I was willing to compromise..Yikes. At 12:10 if they still needed 30 minutes, their sign is wrong anyway. What's really lame, is that I sat out in front of the shop writing this review and googling other boba places in this area past 1240, and the shop wasn't that busy and the employee I dealt with never said anything to me about the boba being ready, he just really didn't seem to care whether they lost a customer. Bummer! Next week I'll wait to come back by til I pick my daughter up from church as opposed to when I drop her off, maybe they will have it together by 130 and I can give you a review on the product, or maybe I'll just try one out from the other listings near here Lol...REDICULUS! Best boba place= TeaSnow

We went on an average weekend day and there was 1 lady working and she was super slow, couldn't remember our order and took forever. Even if the items we ordered were amazing it still would have been a bad outing here. As is, the coffee we got was basic and so was the ice cream.I feel that you pay for the atmosphere and it feels like its working too hard. We had high hopes but we won't be going back here again.

I had the opportunity to meet the owner and she was very sweet. Took the time to ensure our drinks were the right sweetness and explained that she valued where she sources the food she uses to make the menu items. My husband and I went slightly late but she still provided great service. I ordered the matcha crush and my husband ordered the signature house coffee (both at 25% sweetness) and it was amazing! Highly recommend the food and drinks from here.Vegetarian options: There are some vegan and vegetarian options here. You are also allowed to alter the types of milk served in the drinks
