I purchased 1 slice of pizza and a soft drink (should be just over 10 dollars) and just saw my statement and the person charged me $38.51. They clearly went back in and added a tip. So shady and because I didn't ask for a receipt, I can't fight the charge. BEWARE and make sure to watch your statements when you buy food from here.

You gotta be a real weirdough to not like pizza.The pizza at Rizzo's is okay. They serve a decent slice. The crust had more structural integrity than most so if you're looking for a floppy bunny ear of a slice, this ain't it.I paid $7 for a slice of pepperoni. If you're expecting a comically large slice of pizza for $7, you will be disappointed. Just keep in mind that you are at a casino foodcourt. Once you have a healthy level of expectation, you won't be too disappointed.Rizzo's, you ain't bad.

The employees are liars and vindictive. Went to order 2 slices of pizza. It was apparent that there were no readily available slices, except from stale looking pies. One a Hawaiian, and one a broccoli something or another ????. No worries. But there was a slice of plain cheese pizza, sitting on a paper plate by itself. Not on the line of choosing mind you. This was obviously an order that someone failed to pick up.....Went to order...asked for 2 slices of either pepperoni or cheese. Was told it would be 25 to 30 minutes wait. I already had noticed a fresh pie in the oven that they just had put a fresh cheesei in. So I asked how long for the soon to be done Supreme. She said 5 minutes, we said ok to that and a slice of cheese. She that would be another 15 minutes, once again no problem. She had to go check on her elderly father anyways... well my pizza was called out and ready after 5-7 minutes. Cool. Had my fresh slice of Supreme cooling down, and then the server yelled out "cheese slice!"..So thinking that my girlfriends slice was done, I went up to the counter ????. She looked at my baffled, and I said, "you said cheese slice?" She immediately with a smirk, gave me the slice of pizza that was on a paper plate, since the time we got there, until at least 20 minutes later. I looked at her and said "This isn't the slice that was sitting around for the last 20 minutes..."... She bold-faced lied to me...to my face ????..I accepted the foul piece, so I could show it to my girl friend. Who specifically asked for a new cheese slice. Of course, my girlfriend agreed that it was indeed the same piece of unwanted cheese, that was there when we arrived. She promptly took it back. without being rude, but was met with the ridiculous request of throwing the pizza out first. Firstly, it's not the customer responsibility to dispose of unwanted food, that was deceptively given to us. And second, whoever the manager there was disgusting and when she came out, tried to point us out personally for not throwing away the discarded pizza.Nevertheless intervened on behalf of my fiance, who by the way is frequent patron at the casino, along with her dad, who is elderly. And this sorry excuse for a manager, not only doubled down, and excused her employees lie, but also signed off on selling unsanitary and unsafe food to well paying customers.These employees must realize, that just because they work in Casino, doesn't pit them above the customers, ever... Best regards...P.S. not sure if she was the manager or not, but she presented herself like someone who had been either sleeping or indisposed from something. And when she disheveled herself to come and serve customers, she immediately pointed her finger at us
So I ordered three meatballs and they gave me 3 halves of a meatball and charge for three meatballs. I have ordered the meatballs before and I got a whole meatball. When I ask about it, they shrugged their shoulders and stared at me. I would rather somebody raise the price and give me what I ordered instead of keeping the price the same and cutting it in half. I feel like I've been robbed of 1 1/2 meatballs.

So it takes 4 employees to provide absolutely terrible customer service. I was honestly surprised. I was at the casino playing and decided to bring dinner home for the family. There was no line and four (4) employees. Wow. I thought the service would be amazing. Waittttt a minute. Nope. They were too busy gossiping and on their phones to provide some common sense customer service.

$30 is expensive but I got it for free so I can't complain. The cheese is a little too melted. But overall the pizza is okay. I asked for two smaller boxes and they gladly gave them.
