Food was not as good as I was told. We had 5 different foods and no one raced about any of them. Waiter was running the tables and the bar area. So getting refills was difficult. This was at 530 PM. So understaffed, I guess was the issue. As for the quality of the food the waiter responded some things have changed over the last 10 months. So, was that the issue??? Who knows. I will not be going back to find out.

If I could rate zero I would. Worse service ever. Had a group. All had issues with errors, including salads which should be a no brainer. My one friend was given a salad with a cup of cubed chicken that looked like they ran to Safeway to get, but my friend and I were the winners. 45 minutes and she brought a burnt cheese pizza and we ordered the Classic with sausage, peppers, mushrooms...burnt cheese. She picked it up and was going to see if the one we ordered was in process. We told her if not, just bring it back and we'll just eat it anyway. We had to leave in 10 minutes to make it to our event. She came back and said they'd start from scratch, we said bring the wrong one back. She threw it out. Then was actually going to give us a bill. When we questioned what she could be billing us for she said, I'll remove it, no need to be rude. We were there an hour and left with no food..and she was going to charge us..Will never go back.

Poorest ever management or ownership. Sadly reporting this store is dying and just needs put out of customer misery. Friday night, 1 new staff in front, 1 cook (who did their best). Something going on with liquor license, so soft drinks only. Store is empty. Can’t figure out eligible discounts on a $140 meal. Will not be back. Strongly recommend to skip. Be happier to eat bologna from Safeway next door.

Love this place but recently it has started to slide downhill and I am sad. I went in the other night, there was a new bartender and she never acknowledged me. I went in today and another customer asked how she was and she said she had so much homework but good thing she would be able to do it there since the other person would handle the bar. What business can you get paid to be there and not work but do homework. So disappointed. So you ignore the customers so you can do you!

The worst staff I’ve ever met in my life after bringing the wrong order and giving us the worst service ever wanted to charge me for the order I never got and at the end she got mad because we didn’t put tip because they absolutely don’t deserve it and she said next time make sure you tip your waiter. Never coming back

Edit: GET BARROS THIS WASNT WORTH $64, THE ONLY GOOD THING WERE THE MOZ STICKS 1. Kinda just pissed about the Zepolle. I ordered it and got nothing but bread. They didn't do the sugar or the Nutella and like just chunks of soggy bread? Not worth $10.99 plus tax. 2. They burnt the HELL outta the pizza crust
