Some of the worst service ever.
Made an online order, had to cancel due to an emergency we would not be home, and we were unable to cancel online. My wife called the number ending in 0333 and was transferred to the “front of the store” only to wait on hold for 20 minutes before being disconnected.
I called and was given the stores direct # ending in 6927. After being on hold for 15 minutes myself I called multiple times before the phone being picked up by Nancy, whom was extremely rude about the whole situation, and told me that they do not pick up the phone in the front because they have a call center. After continued rudeness she told us the wrong amount of our order and told us it would be refunded in 1-2 days.
Although I understand this location may be understaffed or have other issues there is no reason for a pizza restaurant to have a call center, there is no reason to be rude to customers on the phone, and there is no reason not to pick up the phone at the front of your location if it is ringing continuously.
We will not be returning to this location, we will be warning our friends and family to not come to this location, or Rosati’s in general.

I've experienced the best pizza in Chicago and in New York.

Terrible customer service. Not only did they mess up my last pizza. I called and they offered to notate my account for a free pizza… but today when I called in that free pizza I was first told they don’t honor delivery on free pizzas and then they ended up not honoring my pizza at all. Said they had new owners and the credit wouldn’t translate. Not only did they tell me to kick rocks but they did so with an attitude. Go somewhere that doesn’t mess up your food and actually appreciates your business.

Door dasher left half our order at the restaurant and of course they won't have someone go back and pick it up to deliver it. Rosati's really stepped up and had their driver deliver it for us even though it wasn't their issue. I really appreciated their effort to fix Door dashes screw up.

I don’t know how many times I have to sit on hold and/or never get an answer from this place. It sucks that the food is good, because this PARTICULAR franchise is Trash. It’s literally a coin flip as to whether or not they’ll answer, or even have the doors open. Today, 9/9, hours day “Open” but at 4:25, no answer and the doors are locked. I’m done with this place.

I ordered 4 pizzas tonight. I called at 7:30. It took 5 minutes to place the order because the person who answers the phone had a lot of difficulty using the computer and remembering the order so she repeated it to me several times. I ordered 2 18 inch double dough (1 cheese and 1 Pepperoni) and 2 12 inch thin crust pizzas (1 cheese and 1 pepperoni). Before we hung up the phone she said it will be ready in 40 minutes. I imagine that she hung up the phone and immediately grabbed her things and closed down because when I arrived at 8:07 pm the restaurant was completely closed! Not even a car in the parking lot! LOL. I guess I got punked! I called them at 8:09 and I could hear the phone ringing inside but no one is home.

Dined in for the first time trying Rosati's. We got the bbq wings, antipasto salad, windy city thin crust, and a deep dish. Everything was very good. The owner Nancy was very friendly. We will be back.

Do not use DoorDash to get this food delivered; you probably won’t get it! Showed up to pick up an order and the “owner” I presume, told me she sent her own delivery person for whatever reason. Bottom line, it’s a waste of your money to use a third party app here. No respect for other people and their time or money.It’s a shame new management took over, the food just isn’t good anymore. Oh well, you can get a better pizza across the street at QT!

First and foremost, the quality of the food fell off a cliff. It was mentioned that there was a change of ownership, and if that's the case, that's what caused it. I've been going to various Rosati's for years, this was genuinely terrible. Hopefully other locations are still better.Frozen pizzas are better and a third of the price. Newman's Own was genuinely better in comparison. Oh, and 2 14 inch pizzas was $50!Also, this place looks closed if you drive up, no activity, broken sign, very little lighting.

I was really disappointed to see this place closed, especially after doing so much business with them and essentially being left with worthless points and coupons. The food and service was always good until new ownership came in. Over the past few months I've had some questionable crust, cold wings, and VERY inconsistent store hours. I think the new owners just weren't prepared and definitely didn't market the location. Hopefully the next team is more successful

I called to order a pick-up at 8:30 on a Friday night as their website states they're open until 9:00. They didn't take my order as they turned off their ovens and closed 30 minutes early which is unacceptable on a Friday night. If you say you're open until 9:00 you shouldn't close early.
Great customer service. Quality of food is fantastic! Family friendly.. i highly recommend!!!
