Great food…even better service!! Came with friends and had the best experience. The food was great. But the service was out of this world! Gabrielle was so helpful and so cheerful. She is such an asset to the place! She was running around, taking out garbages, taking orders, getting us anything we needed, and did it all with a smile on her face. We will definitely be back!

Rubios has long past its supreme place for fast casual food. Today I ordered the two taco plate and one of my tacos came out with the fish cold like it just came out of a refrigerator. I gave my feedback to the young lady at the counter and I could see the non verbals from the staff in the kitchen listening in. They were not happy with my complaint. I decline to have money refunded and I declined for them to remake the food. I simply gave the feedback and asked they do better...
