Worst pizza I’ve had, ordered an X-large and it looks like a medium sized pizza, not cooked all the way, mush. Stay away from this place
Ordered Philly steak sandwich and this is what got Pictures below. They overcooked the meat it was so dry looked like beef jerky. They forgot the bell pepper forgot the onion on top of all this. I called immediately and was told I needed to speak to a lady. I’m not sure if her name was Wendy and I was sent to a voicemail, never did I get offered a redo on the sandwich or even a refund and nobody ever called me back today. I plan on calling back or stopping in. This is not acceptable. My money first off doesn’t grow on trees.

I’m done!!! Everytime I think it’s going to get better they continue to prove me wrong. This is the most disappointing, lacking flavor, rediculously light on cheese ( the fundamental topping). The box it came in likely had better taste, texture and was ready sooner.
I’ll never ever go there again.
If you thinking about it, stop. Don’t waste your money. Without dropping names there are at least three better options within 1.5 miles

Paid $30 for a pizza of poor quality. To call this a NY pizza is such a disappointment. We called ahead, arrived on time, and still ended up waiting 15 minutes. They hadn’t even made our order yet. Teenagers were running the place, which is great to see them working, but it was extremely unorganized and the food was poor quality. Wings came out cold even though they were just made, and pizza was not cooked through. The pizza was doughy and mushy with flavorless sauce. We ended up throwing it all away.
Went to visit in Arizona saw this magnificent place. It was super delicious for my entire family of 17. They gobbles it all down.

No idea. I've never eaten there or been there! From heresy, they used to be good. But, have gone downhill?
I’m from the east coast and it’s hard to find a NY style pizza in Phoenix. I explained over the phone that I wanted this style of pizza plus an order of wings. The girl on the phone said she understood and I went to pick up after she said it would be ready in 30 minutes. When I showed up, order wasn’t ready, and initial impressions is that the place is sad. What I mean is, lights out on the main sign, cheap furniture, and unkempt everything. They clearly are forgoing any sort of updates to the place. Struggling. I’m all for dive places, and sometimes they can be the best food in the area. But not here. There were two young teenagers running the entire shop. Confusion was evident. No management in sight. When my order was ready, they brought out the pizza, no wings. Kid said they forgot and asked me to wait another 10 minutes. While he rushed back to his other teenage friend to make wings, I looked at the pizza and it was the saddest thing I’ve ever seen and not what I had asked for. Cracker crust is I guess is what they call it, after looking at their menu. Not what I wanted when explaining it over the phone. I told them to forget about it and left.Ordered at Barros down the road. Same order, large pizza and wings, and it was even CHEAPER than this dump. Don’t order from here, they clearly don’t want to invest in their business and leave evenings trusted to some kids.
Place had really good service and good food great music took great care of all of

My husband and I have ordered from Rush Street before but we will never EVER go there again after last night. Last night we ordered a salad, wings and a pepperoni pizza. Immediately upon opening the salad we could see bright rusty orange all over the lettuce, the cheese on top was a little watery and the pepperonis looked off…way to spread food borne illnesses…so obviously we tossed it. The family we had over was hungry so we decided to make our own salad and go ahead with the pizza and wings. Everyone took a few bites of the food and decided that both the pizza and wings were overcooked and didn’t taste right…so lesson learned, no ordering from Rush Street ever again and we’ll be making a call to the Maricopa Food Department Monday morning when they’re open because obviously the employees and or owners need a visit so no one else is served any questionable food again.

Always greeted by name and treated extremely well. Food is always amazing and I will always be back.
The website said they were open, and the hours said they would be open also, but door was locked at 2:54 on a Saturday?
