Went to visit in Arizona saw this magnificent place. It was super delicious for my entire family of 17. They gobbles it all down.

No idea. I've never eaten there or been there! From heresy, they used to be good. But, have gone downhill?

I love eating at Rush Pizzeria. The staff is always friendly and the pizza is amazing. We are never disappointed when we order from them.

We have been ordering from here for years, and the quality of the food has declined each year. We will not order from here again after last night's disaster. The worst pizza I have ever had. Half a pizza tossed in the trash...

I’m from the east coast and it’s hard to find a NY style pizza in Phoenix. I explained over the phone that I wanted this style of pizza plus an order of wings. The girl on the phone said she understood and I went to pick up after she said it would be ready in 30 minutes. When I showed up, order wasn’t ready, and initial impressions is that the place is sad. What I mean is, lights out on the main sign, cheap furniture, and unkempt everything. They clearly are forgoing any sort of updates to the place. Struggling. I’m all for dive places, and sometimes they can be the best food in the area. But not here. There were two young teenagers running the entire shop. Confusion was evident. No management in sight. When my order was ready, they brought out the pizza, no wings. Kid said they forgot and asked me to wait another 10 minutes. While he rushed back to his other teenage friend to make wings, I looked at the pizza and it was the saddest thing I’ve ever seen and not what I had asked for. Cracker crust is I guess is what they call it, after looking at their menu. Not what I wanted when explaining it over the phone. I told them to forget about it and left.Ordered at Barros down the road. Same order, large pizza and wings, and it was even CHEAPER than this dump. Don’t order from here, they clearly don’t want to invest in their business and leave evenings trusted to some kids.

My husband and I have ordered from Rush Street before but we will never EVER go there again after last night. Last night we ordered a salad, wings and a pepperoni pizza. Immediately upon opening the salad we could see bright rusty orange all over the lettuce, the cheese on top was a little watery and the pepperonis looked off…way to spread food borne illnesses…so obviously we tossed it. The family we had over was hungry so we decided to make our own salad and go ahead with the pizza and wings. Everyone took a few bites of the food and decided that both the pizza and wings were overcooked and didn’t taste right…so lesson learned, no ordering from Rush Street ever again and we’ll be making a call to the Maricopa Food Department Monday morning when they’re open because obviously the employees and or owners need a visit so no one else is served any questionable food again.

This place has really gone down hill. We used to order from Rush Street regularly, but the prices have went up and the service has really gone down. Last night, we just ordered a salad. When I ordered, they said it would take around 30 minutes. I thought maybe it would take that long because they were busy. I showed up after about 20 minutes thinking it probably won't take them 30 minutes, but I ended up waiting there for another 20 minutes. Again, I thought maybe they are busy with orders, but I didn't see one person come in the entire time I was there and no phone calls. Workers just kind of standing around. That salad literally should have taken 4-5 minutes to make.

Horrible experience all around. Website wouldn't process order so I called in. Was told 30 min for pick. Got there and waited another 15 past that and both items in my order were wrong. No apology or offer to correct it. Had to ask for a refund. Bunch of teenagers working that don't seem to want to be there or care at all. Last time I'll ever be ordering from them!

The website said they were open, and the hours said they would be open also, but door was locked at 2:54 on a Saturday?
