The coffee here is really good, and we always enjoy the quality. However, every time we visit, they are out of dishes for pour-overs and regular coffee mugs. It’s disappointing to have to drink such good coffee in a to-go cup when we planned to sit and enjoy it. While the coffee itself is excellent, the service and dine-in experience could definitely be improved

Pretty space, but disappointing drinks and rigid policy
The café itself is beautiful and the staff was kind and apologetic—but unfortunately, the drink I ordered didn’t taste good at all. I asked if they could adjust it by adding a little more white chocolate (since we couldn’t taste it), but they don’t allow any changes to their drinks. I understand wanting to keep a signature recipe, but it came off a bit “coffee snob”-ish. It was disappointing to pay for something that wasn’t enjoyable and couldn’t be tweaked.

This local coffee shop is zen inside with delicious coffee and amazing staff. The distinct flavors of their roasted coffee and lattes are thoughtful and well crafted. The cloudy...the morning after a monsoon storm in a cup.

We stopped by Sagebrush Coffee for a quick latte with friends and were pleasantly surprised! We ordered two salted caramel latte and one cappuccino . My latte was perfectly balanced – not too sweet, just how I like it. Both of my friends also liked their drinks! Their pastries are fresh. Janna the barista was super friendly.
The shop has a calm, welcoming vibe with plenty of seating perfect for working or catching up with a friend. Super clean space, and our drinks came out fast!
Prices are fair for the quality, and I’ll definitely be back to try other drinks. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

We made our first visit to Sagebrush after driving by it last weekend (after a visit to Peixoto). Instead of trying a traditional like I usually do, I went for a season drink called the Cloudy (espresso, orange and creosote). My wife had a seasonal tonic with rhubarb. Both had that nice balance where you can taste the coffee beans but also get the essence of the added flavors. In particular, I thought the creosote (which is what makes that interesting smell after a rain in the desert) was one of the most interesting flavors I've had in a coffee drink. Both drinks were iced.

Update: I decided that I needed to try their espresso, so I got a shot. Served nicely with sparkling water. Not my favorite roast by itself, but nicely pulled and presented.

I’ve been coming here on and off over a year now and it’s always been lovely and consistent. Def one of my favorite coffee shops!
