Shorted on double chicken then told I wasn't.I ordered two salads. One with double chicken, one regular chicken. Noticed that they looked the same. Walked back to the window, showed them and asked about. They told me; “No, that’s what double chicken legs looks like”. I said okay, no worries, took it home and weighed the chicken and confirmed. They put 3.5oz of chicken in when their menu says double chicken is 5oz.

This is usually my favorite location, but last time, the employee was overwhelmed and forgot my drink and a straw and it took a long time to receive my order even though there was no line.When the usual employees are working, it’s a smooth quick process. Either way, I love their salads and the fact they offer tofu as a protein option.

Stopped in around 5:50 am to grab breakfast burritos for work. Drive through lights on, and when I drove up the automated welcome was "We will be with you shortly." I waited for the usual pause, and waited, and waited.... (There was another car behind me also.) I finally just drove up to the window and saw people inside. I tapped the window and asked if I could order and was told "we don't open until 6:30am". Seriously???? Then either turn off your drive-through lights or add that to the welcoming message??? Ridiculous.

This morning was horrible with the line! They asked me to wait to order I did 6 minutes, then I said hello? I ordered a simple Thai salad and there was only one cat ahead of me. Finally got to the window and there's my salad sitting there on the table, he came right to the window, charged my card and gave it back then prepared 4 coffees, making me wait for the salad sitting right there when I drove up!! He was scowling the entire time. Next time I will get my daily salad at the north Tempe location. Total time in line was 22 minutes.
I ordered a cobb salad without blue cheese crumbles and added Feta cheese. I was giving the salad back to the window so they can add the feta because I couldn’t see it in the container. The guy at the window assured me they put the cheese first and that it was at the bottom… there is no feta at all. Ugh. I should’ve opened the container..

Of all the salads I’ve had outside my own home, Salad and Go is the best salad experience I’ve had. Fresh, easy, clean, and really good portions. Even their salad dressings are good. For a refreshing, quick and munch break away from traditional fast-food junk, this is the place. The service is great too.

I consistently get cold brew that tastes terrible, rock hard avocado (what a waste!), hard black beans, it's like the employees just don't pay attention to the ingredients. Three times in a row in the drive through I have ordered a wrap and handed a salad. 3 times in a row!! No wonder the drive through line is so long ?♂️
