This location is a pure disappointment. I LOVE salad and go. It allows me to eat clean in my busy lifestyle and it’s delicious. I’m a return customer despite any mistakes like the one today because it is mostly pleasant, but today was just purely disrespectful. My friend and I ordered double chicken Caesar wraps and received trash. It was literally all tortilla for both wraps and barely any chicken OR salad… like wtf?? I know it’s not super expensive, but I still paid $18 for food that’s supposed to “fuel us up like champions”. Never again.

They always make mistakes and leave out items at this location. If you like salad n go, find another location, stay away from the one at Gilbert and Queen Creek.

I used the "order ahead" mobile feature on the app, but the pick-up lane moved slower than the drive-through lane! It was a complete waste of time.

New update: well, when I first started going to this place. The salads were big enough to divide it into two salads. Now it seems the salads got smaller. Recently I notice the bowls aren't half as full as they use to be. Don't get me wrong I still this place and their salads but you don't get as much as you use too...if you order extra protein (chicken) you don't get enough lettuce for the extra meat you ordered. I had to ask for extra lettuce. The attached picture shows hardly no lettuce. And I didn't ask for extra meat. But its over loaded with meat no lettuce. It looks half full compared how it use to be.

Ok, employees are always pleasant and professional. Only issue is when you guys first opened I use to be able to get salad and not have to order extra meat. Now I have to ask because there is hardly anything on it... a lot of sides but hardly no meat... other than that it awesome!!

For a work meeting we ordered 6 different salads and a protein bowl. Every salad had something missing or added when it was asked to be without, etc. Neither Cobb salad had avocado, and looked nothing like the picture. My cherry tomatoes weren't at all fresh, in fact, when I got a quarter way through and found a smashed rotten looking one I lost my appetite. Everything had a sour taste, not sure if there's something being used to try and keep things "fresh"? The ranch was runny. The protein bowl came half dumped in the bag. All in all, for my first time trying this place I am not impressed enough to try again.

I typically avoid this location for mobile pickup as there is no advantage. The orders don’t seem to be ready as there is always a longer line than the normal drive thru. As we speak the normal drive thru line is moving but the pre ordered mobile line is not. My salad should have been ready 25 min ago and I can’t get to it. Arrived in line 11:05. Left 11:30

Last few times I have came here they haven’t opened on time. I have been here after the time they are suppose to be open
And they aren’t. This place is ran by kids and they are doing their best, but management needs to step up and be on site.

I'm done with this location!! They can't ever seem to get it together. I get there at 630 and they aren't open numerous times when they are supposed to be. They come strolling out at 635 to move the cones. On a workday, that 5 minutes is a big deal. Today, I go in and they say cash only. It's 2024, who carries cash now?? Half the time, I get the wrong sauce, wrong food, no napkins . This location needs new management because they cannot get it together.

This location is frustrating…ordered breakfast burritos ahead of time & they forgot 2 of them, then ordered 2 salads today & they left off tomatoes & red onions from one of them. Won’t go back to unreliable orders.

Couldn't even do something as simple as wrapping my burrito... Open up my fajita burrito and It falls apart and goes all over my lap.And all over my car before I can Even get it out of the wrapper... Either change your pay or train your staff... Incompe
