Salad was old and brown. Its like they don't care about quality anymore. Hike up the prices, add more to the menu and lose your quality in food.

I ordered the Cobb salad. The avocados were disgusting. I took it back and they put nasty avocados on it again on the “fixed” salad. The first time I ordered it was gross and I thought maybe it was a one off day so I tried it again. Very disappointed. The picture is of the second salad I got after I showed the first avocados that were black. The lady was very nice about it but the food is not fresh.

My first time at this location and they handled a big breakfast order for me today for an office breakfast I was putting together and everything was great! Doordash happened to cancel my order for some reason and Alicia gave me a call and let me know and offered to still make the order and I can come and pay and pick up instead. Such a great gesture, they didn't have to call and follow up on that but they did! Thank you so much Salad & Go staff for your kindness and handling such a big order!!!!

I rarely go here because the team members don’t make a salad/wrap correctly. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I gave them the benefit of the doubt since I was a former salad & go employee (we all make mistakes) but after the 3rd time of messing up my order/charging me wrong I decided to go on here. I ordered a byo wrap with romaine/spinach, 4x toppings of tortilla chips, 2 scoops of feta, & no protein. I didn’t even get a pinch of tortilla strips literally 7 strips were in my wrap. They also got my lettuce wrong, they gave me mixed greens instead of romaine. Hopefully corporate reads these negative reviews & actually do something about it like they did when I was there. I was working there literally a year & a half ago nothing should have changed lol. It’s outrageous to see this knowing how to properly make a salad & a wrap… just a heads up, make sure you let your team members/shift leads know they have to drag out the toppings instead of putting them in one spot lol.

Got a salad for lunch today and I got more lettuce than anything else on top of that my Cobb salad was missing ingredients!
First off, there were two different items on the order and we only got one fork and a single napkin. Therefore, I had to walk back to the window to request another fork. A little bit more than halfway through the meal I realized that I had not gotten my protein. The other order also had protein. The reason it even came up was because my companion was asking what else we were gonna get since they were not full. And that’s when I said well we had protein and realized I had not had a single bite of chicken. When I went back to the window for a second time to make things right the young lady at the window went back to speak to whoever was preparing the order. He came to the window and started with a big sigh, then he commenced telling me that there’s nothing that he can do because I’ve already eaten most of the salad, which was not true. The salad was not filled all the way up to begin with, which was surprising given the container sizes. Either way, I told him that it was fine. Because I don’t know who’s gonna walk across in 100° temperature to come and essentially steal a few bites of chicken. To think this was my first and last time dealing with salad and go. If he’s the lead or the manager he certainly needs some training. Don’t worry though I’ll take myself back to Panera or Zupas :) I think it was Marley??. Since I cannot finish it on the survey, which all of a sudden froze. Kinda mimics the service I got there…
