A flying insect was in my food and apparently when I shook the container to mix the salad dressing the insects legs broke off and got scattered around. I found a rogue leg on that tomato pictured. I eat here regularly and have never had this happen before but I still recommend a health inspection for this location. Like another reviewer I stopped eating here for a while when they switched to a different chicken supplier. The chicken is back to normal now.

This used to be a 5 star location. I had been a Salad N Go fan since they built their first location. But about a few months ago, they replaced their chicken with some cheap, extra salty, rubbery kind. I emailed support and they kept comping me with coupon. So I gave it a few more tries, still, the same garbage salty rubbery chicken.
So I decided to try their steak again. Both the quality and quantity decreased from a few month ago. The ratio of steak to veggie is much lower than it used to be, and I had to spit out over half of it because they're so rough and unchewable.
They know what they're doing and downgraded the choice of chicken/steak. I'm extremely disappointed with whoever made that decision because for the 1st time in 10 years, I will stop going.

We love salad and go and visit often but this location consistently serves coffee and tea that is barely brewed and wraps with very little lettuce, and weird proportions of ingredients. We wanted to give this location another shot, cause it’s so convenient, but we will drive out of our way from now on.

This location fails to please multiple times now. They forgot my breakfast burrito last week and when I came back, 10min later they refused to make one because breakfast was now over. The lady at the drive through had animal hair all over her clothes, yuck. Today they were out of key ingredients and my wrap was stale... hurt my jaw to chew. Where is the mgmt here. Also, lemonade recipe changed. No longer fresh, or just not at this location.
They gave me the wrong order and had an attitude when I asked for what I ordered. Poor customer service at this location but great food

Only gave 4 stars even though I love this place bc I got salads and no dressing. Nathan was so kind when I called and told him, and he offered me a free salad and drink when I returned. I eat salad and go often and visit several locations. This one is closest to my home in Maricopa, so I could just go back and get the dressing that was left out. I will go back soon bc they have the best and freshest salads around!! I always brag about them!!! It's my favorite spot to go!!
