I love coming to this salad and go. They always are really kind and truly care. However, I just ordered a snack pack today and I don’t know if i can still say I will eat here. I asked for egg and olives as my side. I receive my order and theres no chicken! no chicken in my snack pack? Im really disappointed in this simple mistake and hope to be reimbursed in some way shape or form. Thank you

I decided to stop here after work to get a light dinner and I just have to shout out Becca! She was very nice and professional. I had to come back through the window because my salad was missing 2 items, I'm sure she didn't make the mistake, but she owned it right away and offered me a drink on the house. The salad and drink was delicious! Thank you Becca for the awesome customer service!

So the people there didn’t come to the window for five minutes until I rang the bell and didn’t give me a good size amount of my chicken buffalo wrap nor did they even give me chicken and no sauce packets for all 3 salads and we were missing a fork they could have at least gave us the requested we asked for but no

Wow I have NEVER experienced better customer service from a drive through experience in my life!! Will be going out of my way and drive further just to come back to the crew nathan and Larissa (idk how to properly spell her name) the crew on 5/26 was JUST AMAZING!
Everyone there was so so kind even with myself coming right before close and still being greeted with kindness I can’t say I would feel if the roles were reversed! Outstanding crew and the whole staff deserves a raise

They will understaff the restaurant so you're stuck in line for 45 minutes. It can't be staffed by just 2 people on a Saturday, and represents incompetent management. After this experience I am done with salad and go if they allow this exceptionally horrible service.
I enjoy this place because there is fresh healthy foods that are not overly priced. These Salads or salad to a wrap option to be very tasty and easy on the pocket book or wallet !!!
