Only two times at this location. Last week took like 45 minutes to get through the drive through line. Then today walked up and ordered they said it would be 5 minutes but was 15 minutes.

I waited over 30’minutes in the drive thru getting trapped in the line and when I got my salad they put the wrong dressing and added bacon that I did not ask for. This is my 4th time comjng that I have had an issue. Find the next closest. It willBe worth the extra drive.

Just got a Cobb salad, and drove away…only to realize, when we were ready to eat and too far away, that the dressing was nowhere to be found! So, we paid $7.34 for…just a regular old salad. Very disappointing.

I’m seeing a lot of similar reviews. Religiously incorrect orders. Of the 7 times I’ve been to this location since moving, I have yet to receive a correct order. I order straight off the menu, sometimes change a dressing. Nothing overly complicated. But every. single. time… im missing something. Or they make the completely wrong thing. Always left field. I refuse to go to that location anymore (but the other one down the street does the same thing now). Sad to see it go so far downhill. I started going when the first location opened and they still served milkshakes (throwback). Hopefully they get their locations in order before continuing to expand.The staff are nice, but very young and clearly undertrained or unsupervised.

I just got a Cobb salad. Just got to work and noticed it was missing the bacon, avocado and eggs. I also noticed the bowl wasn’t as full as it usually is.
I'd give them a zero if I could... this is by far the worst salad and go location I have ever encountered and I've been a fan since day one.. my wife ordered a salad... they give her a wrap. She tells them it's wrong. Guy goes to make a salad comes out 'it's wrong. She turns around tells hin it's wrong he proceeds to snatch it out of her hand to remake... gives her another salad. Its wrong again...are are u serious? This is a salad keep in mind3 mistakes in one order.. hes lucky I wasnt there to see him snatch it out of her hand like that. For her to come home this upset nearly crying because of this scumbag. She just wanted a salad guys on her birthday. Jesus

I ordered two salads today. A Cobb and a BBQ Ranch. The cobb looks fine but the BBQ Ranch in the other hand is poorly made and I didn't receive the chicken I ordered. It's like it was just thrown together with barely any of the ingredients that make up the salad. I didn't realize it until I got home 15 minutes later. Certainly not what I'm use to receiving from Salad and Go

Was initially happy when I saw my salad. I’ve been to many different salad and go locations many times. However, this one was really tricky!! It looked GREAT from the top, but when you looked at it from the side… you could see that it was not even half full!!! There was hardly ANY lettuce/greens. So so so disappointing! I do not recommend this location.

They didn't have avacado for the Cobb salad so when I switched to a Caesar they charged me for both anyway at full price. No lunch money for tomorrow now. Hope the other salads keeps until then.
