I came to AZ from Montana and was excited to get some Mexican food. When I found this joint I was so happy, I got the california surfing burrito. It was a loaded down burrito and so damn good. I'll be coming back here every time I'm in AZ. Good portions, good prices, and great service.

However, there seemed to be a language barrier, and I was given the shrimp scampi taco meal instead (number 13). When I tried to return it, they refused and insisted I purchase another meal. While the food at the restaurant is undeniably delicious, I found this situation quite ridiculous and frustrating. Improved communication and flexibility in resolving such issues would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Stopped here yesterday to grab some lunch and let me tell you I did not regret one minute of it! I got the birria tacos, and it was the best birria tacos I have ever had! It was busy in there, but they got everyone food out quickly. Everything was hot and fresh, and the customer service was great. The lady who took my order was super nice and helpful. It was clean in there, and there were plenty of spots to sit at. Overall, I definitely recommend grabbing something to eat here it was maybe $33 dollars for two plates of birria tacos, but it's definitely worth it. There is so much meet and cheese in the tacos and rice and beans on the side. They even had a salsa bar to grab whatever you like on your tacos.

I’ve been all over the US and this is hands down the BEST!!! Mexican restaurant I’ve ever been to. The food is absolutely outstanding along with the service. Very friendly and the way they prepare meals is professional. They have a nice variety of salsas, condiments. I’ve been in Chandler for about 5 months I wish I found them sooner, I would’ve ate here every day forget everything else. These people knock ‘em out the ball park! Thank you for the wonderful meal today I’ll be back tomorrow for sure!!

The street tacos were the perfect size and amount of meat! I was excited because I saw on here that they had lengua tacos, but come to find out, they do not. I opted for carne asada and pastor tacos and they were delicious. Thankful that their green salsa wasn't super spicy for me to eat with my tacos! I also ordered the 3 chicken flautas ahogadas which was okay. The chicken was dry but the semi spicy sauce helped.

Great spot with good quality food. Feels a bit cramped but it’s worth it. Ive had the menudo and it tastes like home made. The rice and beans are pretty solid too. The quesadillas are good and the quesobirrilla are very tasty. Panza llena, corazon contento.

Finally tried Queso Birria Tacos & Ramen Birria. OMG so delicious. And Tacos El Paisa is an amazing place, with amazing tasteful food & a great friendly & helpful staff. My wife & I will definitely be back here pretty often. This location made 2 regulars out of us. Now be aware, the price is not cheap. We got (1) #4 (2) Ramen Birria, bacon breakfast burrito & 2 sodas total was $70 & some change. But..... it's totally worth it. Trust me you will not be disappointed.
