Pungent sour smell hits you the moment you enter. My 9 year old went to the restroom and the older woman (acted like the owner) scolded him for not asking first making him cry. Then she proceeded to barricade the hallway to the restroom so we would not be able to use it again.
Terrible customer service and clearly something wrong with the sanitation due to the smell.
Avoid this place at all costs.

VERY NICE and soft spoken server, as she took my order we had a funny/cheerful short conversation. The older woman (who is possibly in charge), spoke to her about my order, but not in a very nice tone. As my order was delivered in a timely manner, I tried their Thai Tea Blended, Strawberry w/ Lychee and Ice Cream, and Black Milk Tea - which was WATERY AND LACKED FLAVOR. NO JOKE, I WAS SHOCKED, hurt (as a milk tea lover) AND CONFUSED, even with my Thai (a lot of people unfortunately do not know how to make authentic Thai) Blended fell FLAT HEAVILY. The only good drink I had was the Strawberry w/ Lychee and Ice Cream. The years of owning/being in business, plus the negative reviews, yet you STILL HAVEN'T IMPROVED - by changing the ingredients, improving your machines, updating the quality of your drinks. Why? Though I did not ask for my money back, it unfortunately was a major waste for $20. Even adding more sugar to these drinks won't do. It's pretty sad, I had major high hopes for this location. Hopefully they will improve soon. God bless.

First and last visit.
The cashier was extremely friendly and tried to answer a question about the ingredients, but her boss (I'm assuming the owner) lacked basic social skills. She questioned why the employee was not serving me, I explained she is by looking up an ingredient. The owner could absolutely not understand why I would ever need to know the ingredient of their lychee jelly. She started to pull out the jelly boba and put it into a cup for some reason, and then told me a story about how she used to think black boba was bad for you, but now she knows it's good. I had no idea where she was going with this. I just smiled and said for religious reasons I don't eat gelatin. She didn't seem satisfied with that. Her employee tried explaining, but she still didn't seem to get it.
I ultimately went with the lime mojito drink. it tasted like soap. The sugar content is minimal and the limes tasted bitter. It cost $6.90 for the one size they offer for this drink - small.
I should have went with my gut feeling and left as soon as the owner/manager started randomly spooning jelly boba into a cup.

Very cute place in a great location! The lovely barista, a boy with bright, bouncy, curly hair, was extremely kind and when I didn’t like the flavor of my first drink, he made me a second one in record time and didn’t charge me. I don’t know his name, but I hope he’s having a great day.

The kids running the counter were very friendly. Unfortunately they didn't have any cream for a white top which is the entire reason why I was going to get boba today. I ordered two of the brown sugar boba with oolong tea... I've had it multiple times at various other places... This is by far the worst taste. I had ordered two of them because I wanted to see one for later. I ended up going to another boba place to get the same drink.... much better ;) sorry guys :( hope you can work on the taste of your products.
