The food was terrible. My friend and I ordered the Filet. It was over cooked and bland. There was no seasoning whatsoever. They didn’t have A1 sauce. Yes, I’m one of those people. I love steak with A1 forgive me. Also the vegetables not good at all. Mashed potatoes were fine, just needed salt. Very disappointed. $286.00 not worth it.

Marco ALL DAY, best customer service!
We recently dined at Shula Prime AZ and had the absolute pleasure of being served by Marco. Hands down, he provided the best customer service we've experienced in Arizona. His professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly approach turned a great meal into an unforgettable dining experience.
We ordered the dry-aged ribeye, six scallops, and a bottle of Almaviva. Marco's recommendations were spot-on—the ribeye was cooked to perfection, full of rich flavor, and the scallops were tender, seared beautifully, and bursting with freshness. The Almaviva was an outstanding choice, perfectly pairing with the meal and elevating the experience even further.
Marco’s ability to anticipate our needs, maintain perfect timing, and genuinely ensure we were enjoying every moment was unmatched. He was attentive without being overbearing, knowledgeable, and passionate about making our night special.
Thank you, Marco, for setting the bar so high! We’ll definitely be back and will ask for you by name, AND ONLY WANT YOU! Shula Prime is lucky to have you on their team!

This was quite an experience from start to finish. You check in on the first floor where you are offered champagne. You ride a private glass elevator up to floor 11 while enjoying a fantastic view of the mountains. Once on 11, you have a brief wait in a cush room with leather furniture. Progressive house music is playing at a reasonable volume throughout the restaurant. We chose outdoor seating, and it was definitely the right choice. The view is stunning. I ordered the ribeye cooked medium with dirty potatoes. It was my birthday dinner, so I was surprised with a west coast oyster with caviar and a prawn with a very delicious and unique horseradish served on ice. I also was brought out a slice of gluten-free baked cheesecake at the end. This is a very celiac friendly dining experience. Professional hospitality at its best. Highly recommend. Expect to pay at least $100 per person. It's totally worth it.

Randomly putting an allergen like Cilantro into a dish is just dumb. Kitchen needs to have more transparency and tell the servers what is IN the food.
Kid-friendliness: Not recommended for kids.

Subpar meal for "high-end steakhouse" food was bland seemed rushed and lacked in signature flavors. I had the NY Strip and had that vacuum seal microwave defrosted taste and toughness to it, she had filet and had to really work the steak knife to cut it . Service was good and he tried but had alot going on and didn't have time to dedicate to tables and customers as expected. The sunset views are amazing and only saving grace and justification for the $$$.

I expected a nice quiet dinner for our anniversary but it sounded like we were in a nightclub. The music was too loud and with the amount of waiters, bussers and managers walking around was a bit much. The food was delicious and our waiter was very attentive. Just the whole atmosphere was a little too much for us.

Restaurantji Recommends
We had an unforgettable birthday dinner at Prime Shula’s Steak House. From the delicious and flavorful appetizers to the mouthwatering entrees and decadent desserts, cocktails, every dish was exceptional. The atmosphere was perfect for the occasion, and the service was outstanding. Special thanks to Manny, Ryan, and Elena for their exceptional attention to detail and for making the night truly special. The entire Shula’s team deserves our respect, and we highly recommend this restaurant for any celebration whether it’s an anniversary, birthday, or any special occasion.

We love the atmosphere here! However we have been a few times and the food is subpar. The first time we spent almost $500 and the swordfish was not good at all. We went back again and I tried surf n turf and the lobster was not good. It had a weird seasoning on it that didn’t make sense for the lobster. I would rather butter. The steak was okay. I have had better. The caviar was good but I’d prefer crackers instead of chips with it.
I love Wild Horse and coming there. The vibes are great. Just wish they’d put more time and energy into hiring better chefs or reworking the menu so we’d want to keep coming back.

Amazing service! From the bar to Taylor at our table. Simply outstanding!
Food was tasty, didn't order much as we were not that hungry, but the Truffle Mac n Chese is so cheesy and phenomenal.
Every dish that came out of the kitchen made us want order it from presentation to aroma.
Will be back and taste more than apps!

bartender had obvious racist attitudes towards no non-white colleagues of mine. He just ignored them and wouldn’t take orders

TBH.. I wanted to stay positive and be extremely happy to be there but according to the meal we got (the lobster was the size of an adult man's thumb.) Surf and turf was $105 and the food was very tiny the amount of seasoning on it doesn't add up for the $85 from a steak. I can literally go find a lobster that size for $5. I'm not being cheap and trying to be mean but I hate getting taken to the cleaners. My fiancee was happy but I guarantee that he could have had a better meal some place else. As for my half chicken the flavor was off and the serving was shy. I wouldn't recommend for food. I would recommend for drinks and a view. Overall the bills was at$200 w/o tip!!!!
