We had a delicious dinner last night. From salad to bread to entrée. The service was great and a great view of the sunset. I would recommend this to anybody.

Amazing service from the moment you enter to the moment you leave. The food was delicious.

The food, drinks and service were excellent!! Their prices are pretty high, but well worth it. We happened to be seated at a table near the bar, and there were some louder patrons sitting at the bar during our meal, which was a little distracting. I highly recommend Prime as a nice very nice steak house.

As the concierge of another fine establishment, and someone who has spent years working with restaurants and hospitality businesses across the country and abroad, I want to share a professional observation that comes not just from me, but from countless guests and loyal patrons. We've dined at your restaurant many times over the years... most recently this past week, and it is disappointing to see the same issue remain unaddressed: the relentless, pounding music. For a restaurant that positions itself on great service, ambience, and food, this one flaw undermines everything else you do well. At your price point and reputation, there is no reason a dining experience should feel more like a nightclub than a restaurant. This isn't speculation. I've seen, time and again, businesses in the U.S. and overseas lose long-term, high-value customers because they refuse to adapt to feedback on details like noise. It's not about taste or preference, it's about the guest experience. Loyal patrons who once filled your tables have already walked away over this very issue. We gave it one more chance, hoping for improvement, but it was the same result. And it isn't just customers who are impacted. Without naming names or putting anyone in an uncomfortable position, even your own servers quietly admit the music is too much. In fact, our server shared that she often loses her voice by the end of the night simply from straining to be heard. When the staff themselves are burdened by the environment, it's a clear sign of a deeper problem. The truth is simple: the music is driving customers away and straining your team. In hospitality, word-of-mouth is everything. Unless this is corrected, guess what?

This was our first visit to Shula's Steak at Wild horse pass. On a Friday or Saturday evening, I would recommend making reservations! Food and service was very good!! We would recommend Shula's. Just remember, it's in a nice resort hotel and Casino in Chandler AZ.. It is not Morton's in NYC.

OVERALL RATING: 1 Star Basically, a pool bar experience masquerading as a five star gourmet restaurant. PUMPING EURO CLUB MUSIC: destroyed the otherwise 5 star experience. The music drowned out the normal sounds of Fine Dining... Champagne pouring, glasses tinkling, waiters presentation... ALL overridden with the loud thump of bass drum from a Euro dance club. Stupid Inappropriate Repelling DRESS CODE: dress code was totally ignored. Patrons wearing T-shirts ball caps shorts flip flops. Stupid Inappropriate Repelling NO TABLE CLOTHS INCOMPLETE TABLE SETTING pricing was that of a five star restaurant. Patron's experience of a Pool Party. The restaurant has two choices either up the auntie and make this a real restaurant or turn it into the burger joint that it operates as

Everything about our experience at Prime, was exceptional. The staff was amazing and kind (I'm disabled and they were so kind and understanding with my scooter ). The food and cocktails were incredible and worth every penny. Would definitely recommend it.

Great ambiance, great food, and top notch service. The only real complaint is the cost - overpriced a little on some things. Still worth going especially if you are heading to a show at the theater.

Had the dry aged bone in ribeye and lobster tail. perfectly cooked. melted ghee served with the tail...just perfect. Roasted mushrooms were herb covered and a cut above...not a button mushroom in sight. Baked Alaska was amazing...the italian meringue, key lime ice cream and shortbread cookie underlying all was a wonderful flavor sensation. If only the noise level were reduced this place would be perfect.

It was our first time there and will defiantly go back. Everything was very good. Food service etc. scallop entree was a meal in itself. No need for any extra sides. The wedge salad was delish. We had two sides, mashed potatoes and asparagus. All to die for.

We have dined at Prime several times at both the old Shulas and the new Prime. Prior to the move to the new building and new menus, as well as the new staff, we had always enjoyed every aspect of it. For some reason last night, everything appeared out of sorts. Multiple parties waiting from what we overheard nearly an hour past their reservation times, unhappy with service time, and food taste and quality below expectation for this place and price point. We placed an order for an appetizer with our drinks, the wedge salad for my wife's dinner, and the rib eye for mine. Drinks took a while to arrive, but were good. The appetizer arrived with dinner, after the fact we asked it to be canceled since it never came out until we asked. The wedge salad was completely drowned in the dressing, leaving it soggy and unappetizing. However, the worst part was the steak. The steak just didn't look right, something about it was off. Then the smell alone was very rancid and didn't seem right. I tried a small bite just to see if it was me or the steak, and the meat was sour tasting. I called the server over and he said it's just the cut of meat, that it's normal. I have eaten more than my share of rib eyes, and never have I had a steak that had that smell or taste to it before. In my opinion, that steak was spoiled. I sent it back, did not want a replacement. Never did see the server again until he brought the check. No manager to inquire over what happened, and really no concern about the quality of last nights dinner. And no, we weren't rude or food snobs, just concerned about the quality of the food. Unfortunately, I will not recommend this place, and more than likely, not dine here again. The old place and staff were SO much better and made dining here enjoyable.

Our experience at a high top table in Prime steakhouse was exceptional. We dined with a perfect unobstructed view of the mountains and the stunning sunset as our backdrop. The service was well paced and our glasses of water and wine were never empty. We enjoyed several appetizers, sides and a salad and everything was well seasoned and generous portion sizes. We will book sitting at a high top again! It was the best seat in the house by far.

Always an amazing dinner at Shula's. Not our first visit and certainly not our last. Highly recommended.
