We came to Shulas with a gift certificate. Had a great meal, then we were held hostage for at least 30 minutes while they tried to figure out how to apply the gift certificate. When we complained they acted like we were unreasonable. They said- “I’m done with you!”Not good!

You are only as food as the food served. We ordered 2 dozen oysters. They were do tiny like strings. How the hell do they charge what they do for scrawny oysters. We have had in past was fine at another prime. Had them taken away removed off the bill. The wages fried rice over done crunchy. We expect better from this restaurant. This was a celebration for a member of our family. Tge room was hot. We waited a long time between drinks being replenished as well.

Wonderful experience here with not a single dish we regret. Everything tasted very balanced and seasoned just about perfectly. On the way up the elevator we were given a glass of bubbly which was a nice touch. We got the hamachi appetizer which was hidden under loads of herbs and fried onions. At first I was scared the herbs would be overpowering but it was very surprisingly balanced and light. We shared a wedge salad which was excellent. The bacon lardons on the salad were so smokey and thick it was addicting. My husband got the salmon and I got the aged ribeye with a side of brussel sprouts. The salmon was fine, seasoned well but on the plain side (i could easily make it myself). The ribeye however was picture perfectly cooked and seasoned with that beautiful aged flavor. It was everything I wanted and more. Pay the extra for it! For dessert we got the sticky date pudding which was incredible. Though on the sweeter side, it was the perfect finish to our night. We took lots of left overs but couldn't be happier with the food and service. Emmanuel was great explaining every dish and giving his recommendations. The vibe of the place was great.
Only minus was the music was definitely a bit too loud as I had to have my husband repeat 70% of what he was trying to tell me. I also tripped over this wire thing that led to the dj booth which did scare me as I have knee problems.
For a restaurant casino it was great but on the pricey side ($300 with tip for the 2 of us). Would not be opposed to coming back.

I came in with some friends last Friday. The food was as good as you'd expect for the prices you're paying. The champagnes are extremely overpriced. The drinks were as tasty as they were pretty. Of the places we ate, this was the best sunset view. The only issue we had, and it's a big one, is the noise. The music was very loud and felt like we were in a club. We could barely hear the waiter or each other. I left with a headache that lasted 3 days

Super professional management. Great drinks . One of the best restaurant views in Arizona. Food is solid. Fun ambiance. I'd go.
Was a great dinner — the service was exceptional. The steak was a bit fatty, but was overall great.
Overall great food and service but we went to celebrate a birthday and specified that in the reservation and nothing was mentioned or offered. Celebrated a few birthdays in the past and it was always extra special.
We came for their special Vegas Residency Chef. It was so noisy and dark and they had a DJ, it was more like a club than a steakhouse. We did not know until we got there that the special Chef Menu was extremely limited and they were out of one thing that we would have wanted. The cocktails were good but their cocktail menu is lacking. We got the Rock Shrimp appetizer that was from the special menu. It was awful. We have had similar dishes where it is crunchy and these were mushy and drowning in sauce. Everything was super salty too. Not a great dining experience, won't go back.
Amazing dinner! The steak, salad, and mushrooms were incredible, hands down the best mushrooms I've had. Really loved the chill, laid-back vibe.
Our server was Linda and she was great. The place was nice and food was good, but it is a little loud in there. They sat us near the bar area and it was hard to hear the people sitting next to me. If we are down in that area, we would possibly eat there again.

We went there SPECIFICALLY for the Vegas Celebrity Chef Akira Culinary Pop-up Experience. They had 6 special items on the menu for this the weekend only. We went the first night and hald of the items were out! How does this happen? Everything was over priced!
In my surprise my NY steak was tough , somehow grainy with nerves and chewy . I didn't want to complaint , but my wife advise our waiter who apologized. The steak frite of my wife was excellent. For the price I will expect perfect steak , that was not the case . Also was a special Chef Akira Back with a special menu, the only left from the menu was the shrimps tempura, all the other items from that special menu was not available, at 6:00 pm was our reservation and to find out the shrimps tempura was only available was disappointing.
Always amazing. We like to sit at the bar which has the most amazing southwest views. The food is always great. The filet, whipped potatoes and asparagus were perfect. The dirty potatoes were a nice surprise. Service was terrific as always. Great night out!
The food and drinks were amazing!

Prime offers an undeniably spectacular setting, with its modern, sophisticated decor and a stunning sunset view that truly elevates the atmosphere. However, the culinary experience was a significant letdown. The menu was surprisingly sparse, and the food quality was, across the board, average at best. My steak, at a self-proclaimed "PRIME STEAKHOUSE," arrived overcooked. The widespread disappointment was evident among my pals, with much of their food remaining on their plates. While the ambiance is five-star, the kitchen's performance sadly falls short.
