If your past experience was Shula's was when it was in the original tower, you will probably be disappointed. Restaurant was very bright, loud, and not an intimate dinner the way it used to be.  Dress code was not enforced which is disappointing. The server seemed very irritated to be at work. The food was pretty good however both steaks were not cooked to temperature which is surprising at a steak place. Still tasty though. I would say not worth the price for the experience as a whole. 
I have been to Shula's many times when they where inside the casino area in their original location. The new roof top restaurant is very nice and bright and more elegant than the old location. I ordered 16 year scotch with Ice Cube and observed the bartender opening the bottle and along with other bartenders and staff smelling the scotch as if it was no good. I then watched the bartender pick up my large ice cube with his bare hand and place it in the glass, and then pour in the scotch. I told the waitress and she took the drink back. I then watched the bartender put on a latex glove and then pick up another ice cube and place it in the glass. You would think I high end restaurant would own ice tongs.

Had a business trip dinner this week. Steak was a bit over cooked (ordered medium rare came more towards medium). Ordered few sides, wine, beer and deserts, nothing stands out though. It’s convenient if you stay at the hotel but there are better places near by. Sunset at balcony is a plus.

The food was good. They gave us an outside table and the view was beautiful.Food took forever to come out. The server asked if everything tasted good after 10 seconds the food was brought out. Like we had not even eaten yet. Then he never came back to help us. It was a little windy but he didn’t even try to light up the candle for the birthday dessert.Need to train your servers better.

We had a wonderful time. The atmosphere is beautiful. The view spectacular. The service was excellent. The food was amazing. There really isn't anything bad I could say we're definitely be back and looking forward to our next visit.

Overall very loud setting. Not sure if they are going after the luxury steakhouse vibe or the trendy loud restaurant vibe. The acoustics were awful. Difficult to have a conversation. Having the bar with the loud DJ playing was not a good dinner experience. We were eating at 7, it would've been different if it was 10pm. Which would be okay since you're getting ready for the bar/night club scene. The steak was good, but the overall temperature of the food was just warm, almost cool. It felt like they forgot to serve our food and was left under the warmer. They also had forgotten one of our sides. For the price of our food, I had expected a better experience. Perhaps it was an off night since there was an event in the showroom and a concert at Rawhide.

Made reservations for sister's birthday several months ago. Arrived early, not seated on time, much confusion as 3 of us finally seated at table for 2. Slow service, awful steak with fat and gristle for very expensive price. Bad service, food, atmosphere! Don't go!!

This was our first time here. I planned and made a reservation in advance for my husbands birthday. He ordered a steak it was cooked perfectly. I ordered the sea bass it was also cooked to perfection. The onion soup was average, the loaded baked potato was nothing special. Over all the service was acceptable... I guess I was expecting something a bit more ... given the price range of the food.
The menu selection was a variety to meet the party of four we were in from salmon to the prime to the New York strip along with the service Linda and Abby were terrific on the spot and attentive to our needs the food was tender and cooked properly to our orders this setting was comfortable and pleasant environment thank you

My wife ordered chicken with Brussel Sprouts. The sprouts were basically raw & unedible There was also a charge if you wanted bread My salad &: salmon were just OK, salad was drenched in dressing. Definitely not inexpensive but we knew that. All in all, dining experience was mediocre, I wouldn't go back!!

So impressed! Service was great. Food was delicious. Started with oyster sampler ...fresh and yummy. Especially enjoyed the mignonette sauce with them. We ordered the sea bass and salmon. Both prepared with complimentary sides/flavors. Mock-tails were unique and flavorful. Even the Prime salad was simple and delicious. Amazing experience. Beautiful, moody ambience. DJ played fun, energetic background music. A little loud at first but totally added to the cool vibe. Loved our experience here. Well worth every penny!

We have been to Shula's many times. The service and food was always superb. This time the service was very slow at every aspect. Getting cocktail order, receiving cocktail order and we waited almost 40 minutes to get our food. We are hoping this was just an off night and not really what the usual will be from now on.

My steak was overcooked, the seafood tower isn’t worth the money for what you get (very small portions and very small oysters). The steak knife was also very dulll.
