I guess I expect too much in the form of actual service. We sat for 10 minutes after we ordered before receiving our drink order. The excuse was the bar was backed up. I'm literally counting customers- 5 at the bar and 5 tables. It's not busy and if the bartender cant handle that load, she needs a new job. Food is average. I know I get jaded when the service sucks. But seriously, how difficult is it to check on your table? And why is it that servers haven't figured out that the more beer they serve, the better their tip?

After not eating all day long, we came here to avoid the food court. Ordered two margaritas which I'm 95% sure didn't have any alcohol in them. I'm a small lady and I should be able to feel one drink on an empty stomach and lower blood sugar. Food was good. We ordered appetizers and our waitress didn't ask if we wanted any other food before bringing us our check. She did offer additional drinks but neglected to fill my water which here in PHX is pretty rediculous. It was Sunday afternoon and there were tons of employees walking around but only 4 tables with patrons.

The wait staff was incredibly helpful and friendly the food was awesome. I had never been to this restaurant before and we have a watch party for my University to watch a football game. I can hardly wait for the next event and will be back time and time again

Was super excited to try this place and it turned out to be a huge disappointment. The server was new but was nice and good for most part... took a bit to get service, once we did he was on top of it aside from my husbands dinner came out WAY before mine. I sat there waiting for my Sonoran dog for atleast 10-15 mins. He kept telling me it was on the way out and then that it was in the window and FINALLY a girl came out holding 2 Sonoran dogs... I asked her 3 times mine has no bacon correct, 3 times she said yes no bacon.... sure enough has bacon on it and she took the other one to the other table... so guessing they got the no bacon one?? We had tickets for 730 movie it was already 715 by the dog came out!! Mind you we got there at 6pm. My husband and my daughter were done eating and they just said sorry must have gone to other table. I told them to just forget it we had to catch the movie.... NO MANAGER CAME TO THE TABLE TO APOLOGIZE, TO SEE HOW EVERYTHING ELSE WAS, TO OFFER TO CORRECT IT...NOTHING!!! so paid our tab and left without me getting to eat dinner but the rest of my family did at least. WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

Best veggie taco I've had. Half price Tuesdays for tacos and margaritas Mondays. Their specials are great, food is great, atmosphere is fun And shop like, and the server was super friwndly. Also recommend tableside guac

Some of the best food at the mall. The Sonoran Dog is something you find anywhere else...basically a Mexican Hot Dog...you have to try it to understand it. Frys and Onion Strings are also good. Good chips and salsa. Service can be a little hit or miss, but generally good. When the weather is nice the patio is a good place to sit and people watch.

Just went to the bar but will have to go back to try the food. Tried the Sirchelada, Stock Margarita and the Pink Paloma. All were delicious. We had great service from the bartender. He was busy but kept checking on us every moment he could to make sure we were doing ok. Will definitely have to go back again to check out what the food is like.

We had a private room for a business get together. The waitress was attentive and friendly. Beer selection was good, 30 taps. Others seemed to like the margaritas. The shrimp tacos were excellent and well priced. They came with either beans and rice or fries. I liked having the option of fries and they were tasty too.

Good tacos in a fun atmosphere. Service was good. Large selection of beers. Great to watch your favorite sporting event. Lots of TV's all around the restaurant. The tacos seem a little pricey for what you get but still tasty.

The food was good. I had the shredded chicken bowl and it was perfect! However, I felt like we were in a sense being rushed out of the restaurant even though they didn't close for another hour. I didn't feel as if I could sit back and enjoy the conversation with my friend without having to worry about if I needed to leave yet or not
