Sizzle Mongolian Grill

I have gotten extremely sick every time I have eaten here. I have tried a good half dozen times with a variety of food selections and every time, I spend the next 24 hours vomiting everything up. Food tastes great, but there is something majorly wrong with the food. Many other reviews have also stated that they get super sick. I should have listened to them instead of finding out the hard way.

Just came for an after work lunch date and the shorter gentlemen at the front (David) was very rude. Instead of simply and kindly informing us we had to pay for extra sides, he got in my boyfriend’s face and demanded we pay for the extra sides and was posturing very aggressively. As we were eating, I had said “Thank you” but my mouth was full and he misheard me and aggressively responded with “WHAT DID YOU SAY” inferring I had made a rude remark. At the end of the meal we had asked for a box and as we were boxing it up he came and asked “Why can’t you finish it?” and it just overall was very poor aggressive service and wasn’t welcoming at all.

If you like your food steamed this is the spot with the bean sprouts and veggies and chicken is bomb

Amazing price, amazing food, amazing staff. Highly recommend.

We chose this place because it was the most affordable option for Mongolian barbecue and we were blown away! The staff is so incredibly nice. We had no less than 4 people greet us, ask how the food was, and offer to help and explain the process. The food turned out excellent AND there’s complimentary rice, salad, and soup available with your purchase. I can’t believe this place isn’t more popular. We will be back!

I eat at this place every time we come to chandler from Tucson. The food is always what you make of it, but the cook and owner will help make good choices. It would be a 5 star if they did a little remodeling!

Vegetarian options: My grandson has celiac, and they always clean the grill to make his food gluten-free!

The light skinned, heavy makeup morning cashier is unpleasant, rude and annoying. If you’re a female but if you’re a man she’s a sweetheart. Seems a bit desperate to me. She loves to say you can’t do this, you can’t do that. When eating there and preparing your meal.

This is a great spot for dinner! The food, the service, and the dining room were all great! I saw a lot of to-go orders being processed, so lots of other people must have known about this little gem. I haven't been to a place like this in years because I am horrible at making my own sauce; however, there was a little sticky note of "Caroline's Sauce" and I followed that recipie. It was perfect!

Cook very rude instead of explaining that only what fits in bowl start was disrespectful, irritables told me to go paid more money but be more professional about. And then walks around the Dinning room and only acknowledge the other two customers that where there and made sure they had napkins and totally ignored our table that also made me feel very uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Also learn to be nicer customers

Horrible experience all around. Food was disgusting and overpriced. I counted 5 miniature shrimp with a whole lot of nasty noodles that seemed to have been cooked with old grease. Wasted 20$ Never again. You are better off going to PF Chang’s.
