I won't come here again!02/22/24 11:30amWe come here 2 or 3 times a month and I've never had a problem until now. I paid for both of us and didn't leave a tip. I didn't say much either for him to react to. I then grabbed my bowl and a small sauce bowl that are at the register and the sauce area. I use this small bowl to press the food down as I go before putting sauces in it.This time, the guy at the register told me that I was not allowed to have that small bowl, and I needed to get it at the sauce section. He insisted on getting this bowl back even after I told him that I had already touched it. He was acting like I was trying to steal it or something, and I feared he might call the police on me, so I gave it back. When I asked where the manager was he said, "I'm not going to tell you!" I asked the cook but he didn't speak English. So I was given no chance to talk to management.I think he was triggered because I didn't tip. And why should I? They don't serve you food or drink and don't even come to the table until you leave when they bus the table. It is like fast food. The cooks do cook your food, but they have their own tip jar as if they don't get any of the tips from the register.Now I'm gun shy about coming back here for fear that I might be treated like a criminal again! It was so humiliating, and I felt like a homeless low life that was not welcome here. If you're the type of person that doesn't tip at this kind of restaurant, I would advise staying away from here.

New employee , sick (male with the long hair), is a nasty person. He should not be in the service industry. He also made sure to play with his switchblade the entire time we were in the restaurant.

For the price it isn't really worth it. They had a limited amount of veggies to choose from. I would have thought everything was included in the bowl price but had to pay extra for the drink and other items. I did like that they had a wide selection of sauses. Over all I'm not coming back due to distance from my home and the price. Can definitely go to YC Mongolian or blazin Mongolian and get more for less

First time there and the food was good. They had a lot of veggie options and a variety of noodle options. It was clean and the person who greeted us was friendly.
I've been coming here nearly once a week for months now. Food is always great (it also greatly depends on how you build your bowl and sauce), service is great, atmosphere is clean and great. Honestly no complaints. To the few people saying they always get sick, I'd question if they are washing their hands after preparing the bowl as you're handling raw meat in prep, even with the gloves and wax paper they provide you would still wash at home right?Fantastic Mongolian Grill, absolutely worth going and checking out.

I honestly never leave reviews unless something is absolutely horrible or absolutely amazing. I loved this restaurant, but it is no coincidence that every single time I come here my boyfriend and I feel very very sick. i’ve seen multiple other reviews on yelp claiming the same thing. I’m not sure if it’s because they let raw meat sit out and don’t require people to wear gloves, the grill is not cleaned after each separate meal, some type of cross contamination. Sadly I will never be returning and I do not recommend this place to anyone!!

Classic Mongolian grill restaurant. Ingredients are fresh and delicious. Excellent selection of Sauces/ Oils. Cooked to perfection. Great service. Quite atmosphere and large dining area. $1 extra to add shrimp. Highly recommended.

We ordered from Door Dash. Arrived with no receipt and literally every item was wrong. Clearly we got someone else's order. Did a re-order and called the restaurant to confirm and let them know. They told me it was picked up. Yes, it was but it was wrong. They told me unless I came in they wouldn't redo it and hung up on me.
