Me And my wife have been coming to snowtime for awhile now and every single visit has been fantastic. Today I had the pleasure of being helped by Tyler and as corny as it sounds he made this one of the best visits by being personal and helped find a substitute for ice for my wife. Love this place and definitely will be back again!
Staff was friendly and welcoming, which always sets the tone right. The place is clean, well-kept, and doesn’t feel like one of those sticky, worn-out dessert shops. Major props for the portion sizes too, definitely generous, you’re not walking away disappointed.

I feel like I got ripped off. Two tea bags and ice for $6. Wild. At least put some bits of fruits in it or something to make it feel more special. Didn't really even taste that great .The staff were kind of meh. I like the other location more.
