I ordered from Postmates app last night before checking the time and realizing they were about to close their restaurant and I had already sent my order. I was so embarrassed… but the food arrived quickly and still so fresh and hot and delicious and they included to go silverware and salsa and napkins and even smiley faces on the containers. SomeBurros has declined in quality of food and customer service the past few years. Tonight, they totally blew it! I called a couple days ago to make sure they were open Christmas Eve and I was told they close at 6pm. I went at 3pm and they told me that they were only doing platters after 2pm. WHY WAS I NOT TOLD THAT THE NIGHT I CALLED TO CHECK THEY WERE OPEN? I am PISSED! I drove 10 miles out of my way to get food from SomeBurros and they manage to screw that up too. STAY AWAY...
