I went there right when “open” no one was there. There was a lady that went in 15mins prior but refused to open the door… as I waited, there were a total of five customers they lost due to poor time management. Definitely won’t ever come when they are suppose to be “open” in the early afternoon. Wait until night time. I definitely tried to call as well no one answered the phone.

I do love Tayaki, unfortunately we made the trip on a Saturday and they had closed 20 minutes early. Please update your close time to reflect the actual close time. Very disappointed.

The place was not clean and the cashier made us feel rushed and seemed rude. Customer service and attention could use improvement. She was laying on the counter using her phone when we walked in and after.

We love coming here! Too bad they raised her prices by $3, almost doubled the cost. I refuse to come back here to pay $15 for two cups of ice cream. Also, they have ONE table that isn’t even level and the $7 cups of ice cream slide right off if you turn your head. You’d think they could afford a new table with their steep price hike this month during peak heat. Way to go Somi Somi…..lost this customer!!!

Honestly, I wouldn’t come back only because it’s way too sweet. The combinations are not it. I do recommend the Oreo Matcha with no feeling. It’s a very overpowering. The lady that was working this afternoon at 4 o’clock was a little rude .
Website say closes at 10pm went at 9:28 and was told they are closing. Not sure if the hours are different on the door if it is Website hours need to be fixed.

The employees dgaf! Had multiple people in like and they just continued to have a whole conversation before taking any orders. When they finally took an order they seemed annoyed. The taiyaki are always under cooked and doughy! Should look into hiring better employees that want to work.
