The young man that waited on me at the drive through Sunday night was wonderful. It was close to closing time and I'm sure he was really tired, but he was not only professional, he was very kind and very respectful. Service was fast, accurate and served with a smile. I wish I would have gotten his name so I could mention it but unfortunately I didn't get it. I want to give a special shot out to a very nice young man that's obviously working really hard. You will go far in life because you seem to care about your customers. You showed outstanding values in your customer service. The gift you have is rare in this day and age. You seem like such a wonderful person. Don't change for anyone unless it makes you a better person. Thank you for the great service and the yummy dessert! This young man is an asset to your company!! I truly hope he gets recognition for this.

Thought going to a different sonic would help but there were MASSIVE CLUMPS OF HAIR in my burger what did someone shave their head!

A location best to avoid— delivery and in person orders aren’t worth it. My delivery orders come wrong half of the time, constantly putting me in the process of requesting refunds. blasts ordered in person and those delivered are both made shoddy— the ice cream itself tastes watered down half of the time, they always have a few toppings sprinkled at the surface of the ice cream with no toppings found throughout the ice cream itself. I find my fast food/dessert money is better spent elsewhere (dairy queen 4751 E Warner makes the BEST blizzards :) )

Took almost 30mins to get food. I had to tell them I was still waiting.
Didn't have coffee, for years they said, but was still on app. So they offered me a small drink instead of coffee, a SMALL drink. No apologies. Or I can call corporate and go through all the paperwork for $1.99. I will not go to that Sonic again. This isn't the first time their customer service wasn't good.
