Sooo tired of this place. The drinks are the only reason I ever waste my money here. Today is the very last time. Order missing food and they cant be bothered to answer their phone to let them know. Its out of hand. The chili cheese tots have hardly any tots or chili in them anymore. No wonder they have such bad reviews. Id be genuinely embarrassed to work here.

I just ordered thru your online app , well when I got home I saw I was given a cookies and crème blast instead of the reeeses blast, and then for my strawberry cheesecake crème cooler it did not come with ANY strawberries nor did it have any graham cracker crumbs. I am Very disappointed. I even called this location that I ordered it from and they told me if I didn’t already eat it they can switch it out but If I ate from it then they can’t , which how was I suppose to know I got the wrong blast without trying it , considering it’s in a styrofoam cup?? just disappointed the order was so wrong . The only thing that was good was the free chicken bites because they were hot and fresh , that’s it .
First and only time we will ever order from Sonic. App wouldn’t check-in with location turned off and doesn’t work when loc is on, as hubby went to get the order (so my phone wasn’t there and it wouldn’t allow check-in). 2 orders of the caramel bites weren’t included in the order and rather than just refund us the difference, the loc said we had to drive back or use the chat in the app for a refund. We couldn’t drive back and requested a refund for what we didn’t get. Fast forward to the app now. The app people also said they couldn’t help with a partial refund. They were happy to take ALL money, yet when the order was messed up, WE had to pay for THEIR mistake? We didn’t get what we paid for and they refused to refund, so dispute is incoming. I don’t know how businesses like this stay open. We certainly won’t be going back (food was nothing to write home about and not enjoyable due to the stress this special treat for the family caused).

I avoid this location at all cost besides the horrible attitude from the employees they always mess my order up there was one time I ordered a blast and they only filled it halfway (probably thinking I wouldn’t say anything) and when I went through the drive thru the girl had a attitude about it but long story short she fixed but this hasn’t been the first time I’ve had issues at this location if you can try to avoid at all cost!!!

Got 3 shakes they were so watered down on flavor it was horrible only way to drink them was to take them home and add strawberry syrup to the strawberry ones and chocolate syrup to the chocolate one cherries on top were mushy and tasted old don't usually have this kind of service here was very disappointed
Friendly helpful staff, I love coming here and the food and drinks are always good and freshly made.

The young man that waited on me at the drive through Sunday night was wonderful. It was close to closing time and I'm sure he was really tired, but he was not only professional, he was very kind and very respectful. Service was fast, accurate and served with a smile. I wish I would have gotten his name so I could mention it but unfortunately I didn't get it. I want to give a special shot out to a very nice young man that's obviously working really hard. You will go far in life because you seem to care about your customers. You showed outstanding values in your customer service. The gift you have is rare in this day and age. You seem like such a wonderful person. Don't change for anyone unless it makes you a better person. Thank you for the great service and the yummy dessert!
