Didn't have coffee, for years they said, but was still on app. So they offered me a small drink instead of coffee, a SMALL drink. No apologies. Or I can call corporate and go through all the paperwork for $1.99. I will not go to that Sonic again. This isn't the first time their customer service wasn't good.
Carlos is amazing! He’s always so sweet and knows my order just by the sound of my voice. Just confused as to why he’s not a manager. He offers exceptional customer service and that’s rare in the fast food industry. Give that man a raise!
Late night order. Ordered an OceanWater lemonade. It was definitely NOT an ocean water lemonade. Tasted like iced tea with blue raspberry syrup?? It looked correct but person it was for was definitely very unhappy with whatever this drink was;( The blood orange red bull thing was awesome, tho ;)
