The young man that waited on me at the drive through Sunday night was wonderful. It was close to closing time and I'm sure he was really tired, but he was not only professional, he was very kind and very respectful. Service was fast, accurate and served with a smile. Didn't have coffee, for years they said, but was still on app. So they offered me a small drink instead of coffee, a SMALL drink. No apologies. Or I can call corporate and go through all the paperwork for $1.99. I will not go to that Sonic again. This isn't the first time their customer service wasn't good.
Carlos is amazing! He’s always so sweet and knows my order just by the sound of my voice. Just confused as to why he’s not a manager. He offers exceptional customer service and that’s rare in the fast food industry. Give that man a raise!
