They will forget your condiments you request. Had this happen multiple times. They shorted on the mozzarella sticks recently too. Their speaker system to order on is horrible (not sure how anyone can hear them or work with it). The intercoms at stalls are down a lot. Getting employees to help you after they forget stuff is tough. Not a good location. Some Sonics are good but not this one.
This was inside my child’s nugget my baby ate the other half. Manager was not of any help just kept telling me that’s apart of the chicken so gross I hope my baby doesn’t get sick you guys could get in a lot of trouble serving stuff like this to people
