Every time I come here, they refuse to sell me ice. It’s always “we aren’t selling ice” or “we don’t have ice” so ironic 😂 how on Earth are you making shakes and slushies if you have no ice? There was ONE time when they did sell me ice. I don’t know why it’s always an issue with other people. I guess it depends on who’s working 🤷‍♀️

Bland service, tasteless strawberry shakes with pieces of strawberries that get stuck in your straw, we are missing one of two burgers, and then 3 fries but no tots. We ordered 2 #3 combos and 1 shake. Our fault for not checking the bag before we drove home, I guess. A waste of $30; We won't be back.

It's not the location or the food. The service at this sonic has been trash since it opened. I've dealt with them as a direct customer, a third party delivery order customer, and a delivery driver. Every experience has included rude employees, excessive wait times, and in some cases just downright terrible communication. Go to a different Sonic or pick somewhere else. Not kidding.

Food was mostly good but pickles were old and the amount of tots for the large was just a single row down a coney tray which was disappointing. I will say they did taste delicious 😋

Went thru drive thru, was told that they didn't accept tap pay of any kind. Go to Google and it says all Sonic's offer tap pay of every kind. Not sure if the store just doesn't have the correct equipment yet, but you will continue to lose sales.

Placed an order online with Uber, which this location accepted, then my driver said they closed and all the employees left. was charged $30 with no communication from the business and no refund either. will not be ordering from here again.
