Behold—the masterpiece I received. This photo was taken after two sips. I selected “grande in a venti cup” to leave room for foam, not to challenge their definition of a grande. Paid over $7 for this beautifully hollow creation. And the cherry on top? There was plenty left in the blender—but apparently, generosity wasn’t part of the recipe. If this is what “customized” means, consider me thoroughly educated. I’ve ordered this exact matcha latte at two other Starbucks locations in Scottsdale, and both got it right. This one? Weak matcha flavor, way too sweet, and clearly off balance. Honestly, this drink made me question Starbucks’ quality control as a brand. Disappointing on every level.

I've gone to this Starbucks for over 2 years and have watched it go steadily downhill over the last 6 months. The servers are slow and often rude. On more than one occasion I have waited 30 minutes in store for an order ( a regular coffee, not a specialty one and a breakfast sandwich, and burnt). In the Drive-Thru, more than once, only 2 or 3 cars were ahead of me it took over 20 minutes to get through. I would not recommend this store.

It’s outrageous how bad the customer service is, my experiences here are always very bad. I always need to ask for a remake because they don’t even know how to properly make a simple drink. Please train your people correctly instead of just hiring anyone

Worst Starbucks in Chandler area do not come here! This specific locations loves to hire minors or just people in general that do not care at all about customers. Will not be going here ever again
Worst staff. They are not friendly and took forever to fulfill my order. They put the stickers with my order on bags and then proceeded to make 10 other sandwiches. I asked a few times about it and they kept telling me “ we will get to it when we get to it” when I finally got my order the not lovely employee said “you only waiting almost 15 minutes.” If I wanted spend over $25 and be spoken down to and not treated with respect I would have just gone to McDonalds.

I ordered on the mobile app. I didn’t like that my coffee was at the very end of the counter by itself. There was a customer hanging out at the end of the counter, talking over my drink.
2nd. Starbucks gets my order wrong every single time. I’ve thrown my coffee away many times in the past. I’m trying different locations and today my coffee was incorrect.

There are just some Starbucks that you shouldn't visit. This is one of them. The girls in the morning aren't friendly, they aren't kind to their customers delivery drivers, they roll their eyes at people.
