Starbucks customer service sucks so bad and everyone is so nonchalant and looks miserable -slower than anything , since Starbucks is shutting down a lot of stores this should be one of them

Without fail, this store always jips on drinks. I don’t grab coffee every day but when I stop by this location, I always get minimal drink. I am baffled by why but will no longer risk it. Just a waste of time and money. Pictured - my grande cappuccino that was half full this AM.

The girls here got my whole order wrong and I’m lactose intolerant a they claimed I didn’t order oat milk..? and then they bullied me into taking my matcha made w 2% milk when I tasted it knew it wasn’t oat milk and they gas lit me into thinking it’s oat milk — hourly workers are so damn lazy and inconsiderate these days

The coffee was great but the service was horrible. I ordered on the app and one coffee sat for 10 min. The whole staff is rude. No one is wearing a name tag and refused to give me their names.

My wife & I went through the drive thru. There weren't but a few cars ahead of us . The amount of time we waited in line was incredible, especially bc they were not busy. We were there Sunday at 12:21pm & it was NOT busy! No apologies from anyone about how long it was taking. Waiting for our food, which seemed like a life time, someone should have said something apologetic. I will give it 1 more time & hopefully it improves.

One of THE BEST Starbucks around! Staff is GREAT and works together very well!!! Wouldn't know that they are working because they are Super Fast and having fun at that same time! I will try to make this store a regular stop! The Store is very clean!! Even as busy as they are!!

I’m sorry to do this but I think something needs to be said about this issue. This Starbucks is close to my home so it’s my normal stop. These last couple months I switched to having lattes and noticed there is a funky smell with them. I thought it was just me and I wasn’t used to having actual milk. Well, today I went to a different Starbucks and got the same order, a latte with blonde espresso, it tasted normal and fine. No weird smell or weird flavor.
I don’t know what this store does differently from other Starbucks in the area, but I think they are using either dirty utensils or just bad/expired milk products. If it was just once I wouldn’t bother with a review, but this has happened every-time I’ve ordered a latte from here.

Excellent experience here today - we had just dropped in for ice water which we ordered a coffee to qualify for and were ultimately afforded on the house after our payment method failed. This is precisely the sort of goodwill that develops strong community development through word of mouth promotion organically. Special thanks the barista’s in distinguished attendance & operations today, including Kelsey, Kiley & B & to their store manager Jerica for establishing that such a seasoned sense of service amongst its staff. It's 116 degrees outside here in Phoenix AZ. I went to get a water for my 4 kids and apparently the manager Derrica requires a purchase for a water. That's pretty incredible! Lack of compassion. I had a brother in law die of a heat related death. Very unprofessional. I won't be going back to this location again and I wouldn't advise it either with their lack of hospitality!
