In Macy's the work is not professional, made the wrong coffee (they ordered ice, made it hot), the volume of the glasses is not correct

This review is specifically for Laitan or Nathan . My son whom has special needs has been looking forward to his free coffee for his birthday. I registered him for a Starbucks app more that six months ago. He was so excited and for some reason the app isn’t working. It doesn’t show the reward in his account and his birthday is in the app and has been the entire time. I asked if he showed his Id could they make an exception today and Laitan or Nathansaid no. I explained that this was an error in the app and if he could do it this one time for my son whom has special needs he said no. It’s real sad and unfortunate that Laitan or Nathan has such terrible customer service. I frequent this location often and I will no longer spend my money at this location. Very disappointing. A kind gesture from time to time never hurts anyone. I wasn’t sure if they said Nathan or Laitan but whomever he was he was rude and has a horrible attitude.

This is the RUDEST Starbucks I ever visited! Ordered off line went to pick up and the employee stated "Next time order here, we don't have time to look for orders!" Then proceeded to hand me my drink closed the window and never even said thanks!Then I return after my work day to speak to the "supervisor" and was told "he's on lunch and has two minutes left, then he'll be out".Guess apples don't fall far from the tree!Thankfully Dutch Bros is close to me, I'll never go back to Starbucks!

I asked for a venti caramel frapp and i just for bitter coffee with wiped cream. I asked them to re-do it and had to wait 15 minutes... the blond girl at the counter told me she'd put extra caramel on it to make it up to me. After 15 min i got a small caramel frapp with almost no caramel. The employees were also rude and not nice at all...

I have never seen such rudeness in my life with racism. I order my coffee before a group of seven people, and I got my coffee after every was helped and I order a plain coffee . Store # 56488 , and she never gave me a receipt of purchase to complain.

We tried to go to this Starbucks but it was closed due to a problem with their sewage…, but I expect it would have been the same great coffee we expect from any Starbucks. Too bad it’s gotten so expensive though….
