I ordered a venti iced passion tea lemonade and watched the barista fill more than a third of my cup with water not lemonade and when I asked if she added lemonade she lied and said yes. Very disappointing!

I asked for a hot matcha latte w/oatmilk and a pumpkin loaf. I never complain if it’s busy but there was no one in line, I got to my car and my matcha wasn’t matcha and my loaf was super cold. It’s upsetting when you want to enjoy your drink and it’s wrong. :-(

This place is always low on customer service, the baristas are generally less accomodative and rude. I avoid this location unless I don't have a choice.

Good space, not to busy inside, clean and comfortable. Have done the drive thru and honestly a bit slow, it is specialty coffee however a bit of a long wait just for some coffee.

Very rude Barista, drove 15 minutes to get there cause i know they have mocha. Got there lights are off but a guy was there so i asked if they’re serving did not even looked at me said yes with attitude. Do better next time who ever you are ✌️
Pumpkin drinks are unusually terrible this season. Sticking to brewing different brands from home or office this season.

played out and choices are few and they seem to always be out of ingredients on some of my favorite drinks plus the baristas seem to not know what they are doing...Dutch bros is the way to go?
