Not much to say… Starbucks is consistent. You know what you’re going to receive. They always make it right. If they don’t, they’ll fix it and do it again!

I used to frequent Starbucks daily for years. Decided to stop by today & ordered a coffee Frappuccino. Got to window & tried to ask for something but she couldn’t hear me, never mind. Got the order & it tasted like hazelnut even though I ordered coffee. Had to yell to 2 people since they made no effort to hear me over the rain & was told by one of them she watched it get rinsed out…but fine she’ll have it re-made. Store wasn’t busy but I’m sure this was super inconvenient to be asked to make it without extra unwanted flavors! I’m not positive I wasn’t given the same exact one (still tastes like hazelnut) but I just left because it’s not worth the effort. The other girl also told me it might be bc I ordered with soy. Again I used to order daily & I know a 5-7 second rinse of water doesn’t remove the blend of flavors in the blender. Soy doesn’t make it taste like hazelnut. This was definitely my last visit to this store.

I work next door, order 1 or 2 drinks from this location daily as does all of our staff. Finished my drink that I had ordered couple hours prior, wanted water with ice and told I couldn't have one without an order. The audacity... literally spend hundreds of dollars a month on coffee here and just wanted water...

Worst customer service today at this location, I literally go to this Starbucks 1 to 2 times daily since I work nearby , the level of service I received from the guy working I would have never talked to any of my clients that way and I’m a manager myself , I went into have my drink remade since it was wrong and the barista looked at me and said you have returned this drink multiple times this week and then preceded to say they just can’t get it right and next time I need to call if I need my drink fixed , I have returned my drink once at this location so to have him tell me I’ve done something inaccurate and be rude about it is not acceptable , your business practice is to remake any drink that is made wrong and never accuse a customer of multiple returns when that never happened , I will not go back to this location after this experience .

I just think everybody has a bad day but today I did not love the service and the cash register was very nervous and angry and was rushing your orders I don't understand what's going on with her , have to stop

I ordered mocha frappe today 5-24-25 around 1 pm. So who ever you are that made it, it was very bad. & it’s not the first time. Also, just a fyi you’ll know when the mocha frappe is not made well when it’s a little too dark. So Who ever made my frappe please practice more cause i hate wasting my money & i don't like to always ask to remake it. only because i don't want to offend the barista. So, again please take time to learn on how to make mocha frappe.

Casa Grande Starbucks on Pinal is the best Starbucks that we have!! excellent service excellent staff very friendly

So the people are nice but they can't seem to get the order right unless it's written completely on the ticket. The companys chat customer service is completely useless in solving any issues, and are the reason for the review today. They do not want to process a refund for their mistakes and instead want to force you to go back to a store to correct their mistakes right then.

I’ve been to different Starbucks locations over the past few years all across the country. While nearly all of them have very friendly staff this location is easily the most inviting and friendly of them all.

Noah and his coworkers went above and beyond to make sure this was easily one of if not the best experiences I’ve had at a Starbucks. Within a few minutes of being here multiple customers walked in and out and the staff knew almost all of them by name and vice versa. Which means I’m not the only one who recognizes this place as a gem in the community.

If you’re looking for a nice coffee shop to duck into for some reading/work or just to get topped off with your beverage and snack of choice, be sure to stop in here. ??

Parking: Located in an outdoor shopping center with tons of free parking. Great location.
