3 times in the last 4 weeks I have gotten my iced drink and it has the taste of sour milk.

New Starbucks in an old Carl's Jr. building. I'm glad it was repurposed. As for the Starbucks, they have consistent quality. They have yet to get my order wrong.

Customer service here is poor. The drinks are weak with way too much milk and not enough of what was ordered, in my case today was chai. Not good. Milk was warm and not cold. Way too long waiting while the barista and the local conversation was about weather, rain and hurricanes that she read in the paper today.. They do not greet or thank unless they know you. Unfortunately my client likes it here ( to use his Safeway points) and we have to stop by. I'm going to have to suggest another location for Starbucks after shopping.
Great experience, employees were wearing face masks and gloves, nice, tidy shopping and seating area, inside and outside, friendly to customers, got my order perfect. I felt very comfortable here and will go back.

Miguel is the best. Since Covid has plagued all of us haven't been to this Starbucks in over a year. ?He still remembered my name. I think that's pretty impressive. Also appreciated that they had social distancing mapped out on the floor. A nice reminder to be aware of our surroundings. Thank you Safeway and Starbucks.
