Starbucks

The drive thru really struggles here - they gave me the wrong drink twice and seemed annoyed as if it was my fault. Also the drive thru is SOOO slow. To me the issue is leadership here cause they don't run the store well or train the employees to be efficient. The system is chaos. It was especially bad today 9/7/25 at like 9am and there was no one else in line but me.

Why I watch my Starbucks order being prepared every single time: I’m lactose and I always order extra shots of espresso. Milk makes me sick like someone with food poisoning, so I request oat milk as an alternate.
After one bad experience I stopped going to Starbucks and resigned to coffee from my kitchen for 2 years. Recently I gave Starbucks another try and 10 orders in we were golden… until this evening. I watched the order being made with regular milk and when I asked the young lady if she was using oat milk she pretended as if she was making a different order then laughed about her mistake with a her male colleague. No cars in line and I was the only person in store waiting for an order. The other employees were cleaning. Smh. Welp back to the kitchen I go. Saved myself three days of sickness.

My wife and I come here often. Today I asked for a water cup without any extra purchases. They told me no, unless I buy something.

Went to Starbucks at 8:30am and the drive thru worker did not listen. Asked for a grande iced cold brew in a venti cup. Tried to charged us for a venti. Then, gave us a chai tea. Didn’t even feel like it was worth going back to fix.

I come to this Starbucks because it is not too crowded or noisy. It's a perfect place to get some work or study done with minimal distraction. The service is average, nothing out of the ordinary, but you don't have to wait for long to receive your order.

Love this location. The night crew is very competent. Kat is the star here. Being the antisocial online ordering jerk that I am, she still has my name and drink memorized based on my brief appearances. She makes my drink so perfectly I order 5x per week instead of having restraint. More money for Starbucks thanks to Kat!

This is probably one of the best Starbucks in the valley. Really consistent and kind service. They never mess up orders. I have lots of spacious seating and different types of tables and sizes. They're located in between two high schools, but they're pretty strict about conduct and etiquette inside. Every table is located next to a power strip or an individual Outlet so you don't have to hunt for a working outlet. All the outlets in the restaurant work well so it's a great spot to go get some work done or chat with a friend.

Kid-friendliness: Different types of tables and very spacious. They have two high chairs but no booster seats

Wheelchair accessibility: Open spacious front with parking and easy access entrance. Lots of space between the tables for a variety of different assistive devices

I took my daughter to this Starbucks establishment before taking her to school, and she requested a bacon Gouda and a pink drink and then got myself a bacon Gouda and a caramel macchiato. I noticed upon grabbing the sandwiches into the car that they weren’t hot like they normally are upon touch I took a bite anyways cold immediately egg cold bacon cold everything was cold almost like they didn’t even heat it up. My daughters was the same. I let the barista in the window. Know , she was apologetic they took the sandwiches threw them away got on the headset. Told whoever to make the sandwiches again they come back in like two minutes felt like less and they were noticeably warmer to the touch took a bite out of it. It was good, drove off took another bite. The egg was cold again in the middle my daughters was the same again we pay too much money at Starbucks to have heat them up in microwaves and air fryers. That’s what I me and my daughter are having to do at this moment because I don’t feel like going back to the establishment and I know things happen but two times in a row. You would’ve thought that they would’ve took the time to warm it up properly and the caramel macchiato honestly taste more like a cappuccino with no flavor, but I have syrup at home I can fix that I should not have to but to save myself from being and angry rude customer I’m going to do The job that they should’ve done in the first place it’s whatever I just think for the money that we pay at Starbucks it should just be better.

Lovely place!

Drive thru line moves pretty fast, even with the fluffy high maintenance coffee drinks ordered. I got a black coffee and indulged by making room for a little cream, because after being stood up this weekend by my man, I needed that magical ingredient , I don’t care if I pack on a few pounds? Coffee is average, no real jolt effects. If you need a coffee sleeve for your cup of Joe, you don’t deserve to drink coffee☕️
