This has got to be the SLOWEST most expensive Starbucks I have ever gone to. Customer service was flat and dry and SLOW. I left with nothing. $6.98 for the same drink I get from regular Starbucks for $5.35. This place charges for half & half in my cold brew. NEVER had that before.

2 employees laying across pickup counter having work inappropriate conversation. Barista was polite but when my espresso shots didn't fit in cup she poured them out. I paid for them and wanted them! Not coming back.

The drinks tasted good and the staff was nice but it wasn't very sanitary as they both spent time taking out the garbage before making our drinks and then didn't wash their hands.

Riggs and Gilbert Rd location...this place is not the same since they let go of the previous staff, slow service and not friendly at all. We live close and have been regular customers for a few years but we drive to another Starbucks just not deal with the new unfriendly slow service.

Everyone here is wonderful and friendly and nails my order every time. This is definitely our go to place in terms of service and drink quality.
The Dragonfruit refresher is the way too go here to get hydrated. It does cost $5 for a Venti.
