No one at the counter, so I walked up and was told just a minute. The minutes turned to minutes and being ignored while the Girl at the counter continued to clean or walk in circles. Poor ...poor service

2 employees laying across pickup counter having work inappropriate conversation. Barista was polite but when my espresso shots didn't fit in cup she poured them out. I paid for them and wanted them! Not coming back.

The drinks tasted good and the staff was nice but it wasn't very sanitary as they both spent time taking out the garbage before making our drinks and then didn't wash their hands.

Riggs and Gilbert Rd location...this place is not the same since they let go of the previous staff, slow service and not friendly at all. We live close and have been regular customers for a few years but we drive to another Starbucks just not deal with the new unfriendly slow service.

They say Starbucks started in Seattle, but I disagree, because these drinks, these coffees, these refreshers, these mochas, whatever you call them, taste unlike anything you have ever tasted before. Every day I walk into these doors and I see nothing but happiness from from any of these baristas, nothing but pure ambition and excitement to serve me my morning brew. Myriam, Chrissy, and especially Chloe, are all such just such absolute joys to have at this Starbucks. If you ask me, I'd say they are the worlds greatest baristas, but also, the worlds greatest trio right alongside Kim, Khloé, and Kourtney Kardashian and the Jonas Brothers. And finally, this Starbucks is just so clean, maybe the cleanest Starbucks I have ever been to. Everything is perfectly decorated, swept, mopped, and kept up to the most sanitary conditions. The management here is just phenomenal. Thank you, Starbucks at Albertsons on Gilbert and Riggs, you have given the people of Chandler and Gilbert, Arizona to be excited about for the first time in years, and I do not know why anyone would ever get coffee anywhere else.

The only employee at this location that has any sense of customer service is Merriam. Everyone else has major attitude (Chloe and chrissy) and needs to be retrained. Merriam always greets you with a smile, and is a great representation of your starbucks location...everyone else is less than mediocre due to their unprofessionalsim and attitude. We spend a ridiculous amount of money with your establishment to be treated the way we are.
