I think it's absolutely ridiculous that you will not allow people to have ice water unless they purchase something. If that is how you are going to do things, then you should have the ability to buy an ice water. But no, you have to buy something on their menu to get an ice water. That's ridiculous. I will never go to your restaurant ever again to order coffee. Ever, it's overpriced, it's bitter and disgusting. You have great water and now I have no ability to get it. Because I do not want to spend $10 on a coffee. Let's get a nice water. Do better Starbucks. That's terrible, I live in Arizona. We need water here.

We were surprised that this wasn't a larger store. It's quite deceiving when you walk in. Several customers that came in were also confused. There were only 2 high top tables in the sitting area.

Saturday, September 14, 2024 morning crew around 10:00 am, was the worst a Starbucks experience I have never had. I placed an online order of three hot breakfast items into drinks. I sat in the Drive-Thru for 25 minutes. The girl who is working the window was rude and condescending. Food was cold. She didn't know our order or have it ready and we had to tell her I order again. The crappy attitude did not help the situation.

Once again, another location that needs major training in consistency. Since when does 12 pumps of chai look like a glass of milk - not hardly any discoloration from milk. They take it back to add 4 more pumps, yep that hardly changed it. I ask for 5 more, this should (according to Starbucks employees) apparently be a total of 21 pumps of chai, meaning DARK - result... Mild discoloration of milk.

I have been getting this same drink since 2011 - yes, 14 years. Only in the past few years have I experienced a MAJOR issue with consistency. Serious training is needed for all Starbucks employees.

This has to be one of the worst starbucks I've been to, only because of the people working there, the cashier was nice taking my order, then disappeared, the rest of the crew looked like they hated everyone and me also lol so I sat down and observed the show wow I asked for a side of ice the person looked pissed at me, said thanks, the look I got she might as well spit in it. Tried to be freindly was a waste of time, well I think won't be coming here again maybe you'll have a better experience good luck.
