This location does not brew there teas properly everything taste watered down and not made correct, when I asked they if they put water in the tea they claimed no and was mad I asked
Service is terrible. Worker seems like she hates her life and her job. Doesn’t greet customers when they walk in our out. Got my order wrong and was surprised that I came back to get it fixed lol. Terrible experience, this was just now btw
Very disappointing experience. I’m an elderly man and urgently needed to use the restroom, but the staff refused to let me unless I bought coffee. This is inhumane and disrespectful, especially toward seniors. I will never return to this place and do not recommend it to anyone.
I love this Starbucks! I work around the corner and my workplace has warmer temp so the ice in my drink would melt so fast!
I use ice at our ice machine at work but it has weird taste and it always makes my Starbucks tastes gross!
So I started asking for a grande cup of ice w my Iced quad expresso, but sometimes I feel so embarrassed to ask… so I don’t ask if I don’t recognize the voice of the barista on the intercom at the drive thru; however, these baristas always always prep an extra cup of ice for me!!
They’re so thoughtful, kind and it’s amazing how they remember their customers’ specific requests!! I appreciate you guys very much! Love you all!
I think it's absolutely ridiculous that you will not allow people to have ice water unless they purchase something. If that is how you are going to do things, then you should have the ability to buy an ice water. But no, you have to buy something on their menu to get an ice water. That's ridiculous. I will never go to your restaurant ever again to order coffee. Ever, it's overpriced, it's bitter and disgusting. You have great water and now I have no ability to get it. Because I do not want to spend $10 on a coffee. Let's get a nice water. Do better Starbucks. That's terrible, I live in Arizona. We need water here.
The rude service I received here was very disappointing. I told them my drink was made wrong as they were handing it to me and the amount of attitude they gave was not necessary.

Geared for online pickup only. No menu or refrigerator, water was sitting in a bucket in the sun. Would not visit again.
This morning the baristas were very rude and made my sister feel bad! told my sister to “chill” and “calm down” in an mean manner and upset my sister even though he didn’t even know what was going on

We were surprised that this wasn't a larger store. It's quite deceiving when you walk in. Several customers that came in were also confused. There were only 2 high top tables in the sitting area.

Saturday, September 14, 2024 morning crew around 10:00 am, was the worst a Starbucks experience I have never had. I placed an online order of three hot breakfast items into drinks. I sat in the Drive-Thru for 25 minutes. The girl who is working the window was rude and condescending. Food was cold. She didn't know our order or have it ready and we had to tell her I order again. The crappy attitude did not help the situation.
