This is the worst experience I ever had in my life. The lady name Vanessa doesn’t have any manner. My husband ordered Frappe and we were sitting there, at least she could have said “here is your order” but no, she she was literally throwing it. Whoever is managing this store need to check their CCTV for confirmation between 12:10-12:20pm. Worst employee I have ever see.

I am giving this location five stars because the Baristas that work there always go above and beyond when it comes to giving me accurate information so that I can get merchandise I've been searching so much for. STANDALONES , TARGETS AND FRYS NEVER DO THAT .The only people I've ever seen give them a hard time are the welfare goblins that argue about every up charge as if they're paying for it themselves. The State of Arizona is funding your trip to Starbucks at least be a little bit respectful and grateful to the Baristas that are working there and for anyone who says that this location is closer to their house they are one of the welfare goblins if I'm not mistaken there's another location in the exact parking lot

Horrible customer service, I only continue to come back because it's the closest to my house. But everytime time I come you can tell they don't want to be there, I feel like a burden to them, and I shouldn't feel like that when I'm coming to spend my money.

This Starbucks sucks. I ordered latte upside down and they started teaching about how to order it. After the debate between the 2 employees I ended with a sugary macchiato. When I returned I got another lecture about what had happened!! Then they wanted to charge 25 cents for poor Safeway and Starbucks around the country gives free water.Bad customer service bad attitude. Starbucks is above this shi**y customer service and shame on Safeway.
The Starbucks at Dobson and Frye Rd has the most cheerful and welcoming staff. Their upbeat attitude makes you smile!

Love Starbucks but complaining about the lack of notification of what the store hours reality are. App says open until 9. We arrive 10 mins to 8 and they're closed cleaning up. This is the third time in the past month and three strikes I'm writing a review and low rating so anyone thinking about Starbucks should be cautious about the time because it's obviously a guessing game. Dutch bros it is.
