The worst experience ever love Starbucks drinks but the coustmer service was horrible I tried buy a thermostat and three drinks they wouldn’t break my 100 even though the total was high then when I used my card and payed they made me wait a really long time and was rude

Best experience I ever had , talked to Leon about making his fav drink and he did not disappoint. This drink is a strawberry ice-cream with strawberry foam . But it has mango dragonfruit vanilla bean powder and chocolate cream foam. , I give this drink 5 stars- thank you Leon. Also thanks to KELDRICK -the manager for having the most cleanest establishment I will be making another review next time my friends . This Starbucks ROCKS!!!!

Probably the worst Starbucks around. I don't know if they got new management but Everytime you go here, THERE. WILL. BE. A. PROBLEM! you'll be lucky if they can even find your order and then even luckier if it's right. Everyday you will wait extra for them to still get it wrong. Good luck!

First time bringing our own cup for a drink the lady at the window was not at all helpful in the process of ordering the drink how to do it. And then she was talking about us to her co worker with her back turned and the window open as if we couldn't hear her. I'd recommend if you like starbucks drive a few extra minutes and go else where if you don't want to be treated like trash. Not to mention again we brought our own cup and didn't get the 25 stars you get for bringing your own cup when they scan your starbucks card.

I get the same drink everyday for the last year. The drink was bitter so I asked to have it remade. The barista working the window on 7/17 @9AM wouldn't take the drink back from me and kept telling me they made the drink right.
She finally took it back but I'll be driving the extra distance to the Arizona Ave and 202 location.
The cake pops were already melting in the bags and were so soft they fell off the stick. Very frustrating

These guys rarely get my drink order wrong and I rarely have to wait for my order ahead of time.I enjoy their breakfast sandwiches.

I came to this location, because it has a decent size dining area to work. The problem is that the background music was so loud that I was not able to hear the people on my zoom meeting.
When I asked one of the associates that worked there if it would be possible to turn the background music down, he seemed bothered by my request. His response, "well I can turn it down a little bit". When I went back to my seat, the background music was at the same volume. I still was not able to hear the people in my zoom call.
I will be searching for a new location. This is HORRIBLE customer service!
